Have been using this PC for about 3 weeks now and it’s awesome. On arrival of the fans RGB didn’t always work but it turned out it wasn’t fully plugged into the hub, easy fix. Everything else worked great on arrival! All the games I’ve tried running so far run extremely smooth with about 150-160 max FPS where possible. The only downside is that while playing tarkov, the GPU would go up to 86 celsius and at the absolute highest and usually hung out at about 80c. I know these units have bad cooling setups from CP so I just added 3 120mm exhaust fans on top of the case and it hardly goes above 72c now. Not a bad deal considering the GPU market at the moment!

I had been saving up money for almost 10 months to buy a gaming pc. When this one came in the mail i was veey excited. However. The graphics card was dead in arrival. There is some damage on too of the graphics card. Enough to where the card is bending upwards! There is no way that this damage was done during shipping. Which means that the builders actively installed a damaged gpu. I am furious at this whole order

So this computer has some pretty good specs and even with this posting on bestbuy it says it is a 1TB SSD, but it is actually a 1TB NVME SSD drive. There is a difference, and one in your favor. So that was a pleasant surprise when I opened the box. What was shocking was the temps. On idle this guy is on fire at 80C where as my other computer is idling at 40C with a stock AMD cooler. It seems that this issue is consistent across other CyberPowerPC prebuilds. So when I purchased this on a sale I just used the money I saved to buy upgraded cooling parts. Not necessarily happy about that, but I knew the gamble when purchasing it.

I recently acquired the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop with the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, 16GB Memory, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, and 1TB SSD, all wrapped up in a stunning white chassis. Let me tell you, this machine is an absolute powerhouse and worth every penny! Performance: The Ryzen 7 5700G paired with the RTX 3070 Ti delivers unparalleled gaming performance. I've been able to run all of my favorite AAA titles at max settings with buttery-smooth frame rates. Whether it's ray tracing or high-refresh-rate gaming, this desktop handles it all with ease. The 16GB of memory ensures that multitasking and content creation are a breeze, too. Design: The white chassis is not only sleek but also a refreshing change from the typical black gaming desktops. It adds a touch of elegance to my gaming setup. The RGB lighting is customizable and adds a nice touch to the overall aesthetics. Storage: With a generous 1TB SSD, there's plenty of room for all my games, apps, and files. Load times are practically non-existent, and everything feels incredibly responsive. Cooling: I was pleasantly surprised by the cooling performance. The desktop maintains reasonable temperatures even during intense gaming sessions. The airflow design is clearly well thought out. Connectivity: The variety of ports on this desktop is impressive. I have enough USB ports for all my peripherals and plenty of room for expansion in the future. Noise: Considering the powerful components inside, the noise levels are surprisingly low. CyberPowerPC has done a fantastic job with the cooling system to keep things quiet. Value: Given the current market conditions and the scarcity of high-end GPUs, this desktop offers great value for what you get. It saves you the hassle of building a custom PC and guarantees top-notch performance out of the box. Customer Support: I haven't had any issues so far, but it's reassuring to know that CyberPowerPC offers excellent customer support and warranty options. In conclusion, the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop with the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, RTX 3070 Ti, and 1TB SSD in white is an absolute gem for gamers and content creators alike. It's powerful, stylish, and offers exceptional value for the performance it delivers. If you're in the market for a gaming PC that can handle anything you throw at it, this one should be at the top of your list. Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Solid Graphics card, and Solid State hard drive. Hard to mess those up. Liquid cooling is a gimmick. RGB color button stopped working after 6 months. Had to wire directly to motherboard. The RGB connection on the side of the panel was a 3 pin flimsy connection with electrical tape. lol. Crappy power source. My computer shut down randomly whether crappy power supply or cpu temperature. And the #1 reason i would not purchase a computer like this at best buy again is the fact that you have to ship your computer to cyberpower for any repair or support. I thought i would save some time since i have a 5 year old running around vs building my own at microcenter. What a waste of money. I'm looking into scrapping whatever i can from this pc. Absolute trash. The lights are cool but don't be fooled. THIS IS A CHEAAPPPPPPP BUILD. You're paying for labor. this should be $1000 max like $700 on sale. I should have know better.

PC has been wonderful for my mixed interests! I usually like to just build my own pc, but opted to get a pre-built pc, to suit my time crunch. It was easy to pop out the smaller RAM cards, and upgrade the RAM to more. It's a lovely case with the lights being easy to see. My only complaint would be the pc not going to sleep mode when I'd like it to, and after about 2 years, the fans started making noise. (I clean them once a week) But overall, this PC has been able to keep up with school work, professional work, video games, streaming, etc.

As the title says my first one had a bad psu. This is typical for prebuilts, so i swapped it out hoping the next one is decent enough. May verywell just upgrade the psu if the next one is a goner. Other than thay actual affordable beast of a pc if you get it 40% off like i did.

So far, so good! It was easy to set up and runs great. Bought on super one day sale and saved $$$. The only thing that bugs me is that the mouse box was empty. Was told I had to go into the store to see what they can do. Lame.

Pretty solid computer, great spec got in on sale basically paid for the graphics card and everything else was free. My first PC and it runs everything I want to run. Will say the first time I got it after a day the graphics card went out but not really their fault could have been shipping or just a dud. Overall great PC and good customer service on Best Buy’s part for swapping it out even after the sale ended.
