Great Computer for the price

I just got this Cyberpower I7-10700K, 16GB-3000, 1TB NVME, RX3070 a couple of days ago from Best Buy. I have to say that for the money I was not disappointed. It is the best computer I have ever layed hands on, without a doubt. If I were to nitpick the system, it would be in the cable management, but it isn't bad for a prebuilt. I would have gone DIY, but these RX3070 cards are impossible to get without spending huge money for them. I would recommend this computer to anyone. I did a direct pickup at Best Buy rather than risk damaging the system due to shipping. It arrived completely unblemished and as you can see, looks great on my desk.

This is the first gaming pc I have owned and I decided to go with a pre-built since I could not find a RTX3070. Unfortunately, it came with several scratches at the top. I was not expecting this since it is brand new. I would think the people building these pcs would be more careful.

Very happy with my purchase, it even came in a day early. The top two buttons on the mouse came broken but not a big deal. Overall happy to be able to finally purchase it.

First things first, case arrived bent in multiple areas. It is so bent it only sits on three of the four feet. Certainly wouldn't keep it in a visible location.
Has an ASUS Prime Z590-V, so that was also disappointing. Board has no integrated WiFi so it comes with a PCIe to M.2 wireless AC card. Would also be nice if it had more fans.
Thankfully the MSI Ventus 3X OC RTX 3070 still works. PC spun right up.

Issues with PC out the box. Struggled with obtaining a signal/display from pc and once I got the display to work it was heavily pixelated with green lines covering most of the screen. After some digging, pc was saying that it could not recognize the gpu. Exchanging this unit and hoping the next one will perform like a rig worth $1600.

Well, I couldn't be any more disappointed. The PC was Dead On Arrival. Just like others, I got a unit with a bad GPU. I'll try cyber power's support first but if they start talking weeks to repair it's going straight back to Best Buy! I guess buying this computer is a shot in the dark since they don't "Fully test their computers". That's literally posted on the PC! See the pic....WOW

The only way to get a 3070 in 2021

I've been building my own computers since 2011-12 and let me tell you, for a prebuilt you cant go wrong. Specs for components not listed in desc are asrock z490 phantom mobo, crucial ballistix ddr4 @ 3000mhz and a cheap apevia 800 watt powersupply asus dual oc 3070 but its the luck of the draw which gpu you get. The reviews saying that you are overpaying are true but its not super marked up I priced my exact build on pcpartpicker and came in at 150 dollars more than if i were able to build it myself. Thats provided you can find a graphics card at msrp in 2021 haha.... Temps out of the box were great, 40 degrees celcius on gpu and 35 on cpu at idle. The first day out of the box was stress testing and benchmarking. 16 hours and no dips in performance or thermal throttling, everything stayed cool as a cucumber with my max temp on gpu being 78 and cpu being 79-80. Thats being on full load with fans adjusted for 50-75%.
Gaming is also great, I have a 1440p monitor and fps on any game that i can throw at it keeps me well above my 144 hz refresh rate. If you are attempting to upgrade to the 3000 series gpu in 2021 this is the only viable option, if you are debating on getting one jump on it if its in stock. I deducted 1 point due to the powersupply, i understand why they went with apevia but i will be swapping it after a few months of use.

Picked it up this Monday (2 days ahead of schedule). Packed nicely with additional cushioning of internal components that needs to be removed before first startup.
My config:
- Nvidia RTX Gigabyte Gaming OC
- Intel WiFi6 (with Bluetooth)
- WD Blue 1T
- Asus Prime Z490-V
- Ballistic 2x8Gb 3000 memory
- Cooler Master CPU water cooling
- Realtek audio
Though PC performs fantastic out of the box, I gave it a spin on boosting performance a bit. BIOS has a convenient settings to boost general performance (Normal, High, Extreme presets). GPU can be easily overclocked with Gigabyte Aorus Engine. After short tinkering it started to produce 3D test results around the top 3DMark range for similar configurations. While doing so it remains relatively quiet and GPU goes up to around 70C degrees and stays there.
If I have to pick on a very little thing - Relatek audio requires separate audio out and mic connectors, so for my headphone's TRRS plug I had to get a splitter which works very well.

Solid pre-build gaming PC

After a total of 6 months looking, searching and tracking PC prices, I decided on this pre-built of CyberPowerPC from Best Buy. At the time of purchase it was priced at $1550.
Like other reviewers mentioned here make sure to inspect your case and components to ensure you've received an accurate and undamaged item. Mine came all intact and packaged nicely.
As others also said you will need to enable XMP via the BIOS (F2 at start) to change the memory speed to 3000 MHz.
I received the following components with mine:
CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K with liquid cooler 1x rgb fan
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 3070 GAMING OC 8G (3x fans)
SSD: WD Blue SN550 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix (red) 2x8GB = 16GB 3000MHz
MBD: Asus TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI) - WiFi 6 capable with included external antenna
PSU: Apevia 850W
Also came with the CyberpowerPC gaming multimedia keyboard (membrane) and the gaming mouse w/rgb.
Right out of the box it comes with practically no bloatware which was so refreshing. I installed a number of updates and I recommend updating the BIOS firmware to the latest version (not beta) via the motherboard's manufacturer's website. Also Intel has a drivers update software that works well.
Installed a number of games I could not play before and was amazed at the quality and performance! Easily 130-140+ fps on AAA title games. I run on a 144 Hz , 1440p monitor and get regularly 130-144 on Death Stranding for example.
I also use the PC for work and other productive software -- no issues all run fast and excellent. Although this is an unlocked Intel Core i7 I haven't really messed with overclocking as I don't see the need right now and have read that performance gains are minimal...
That said there is an Asus EZ Overclock setting in BIOS that apparently is supposed to learn your system's performance and adjust accordingly -- I just leave it on normal for now.
Also recommend elevating this PC off your floor if on carpet, there is a mesh underneath PSU that will clog up quickly.
On the note of temps and sound. This system runs idle at 37 C which is good, and 65 C under benchmark for GPU. Sounds are honestly not bothersome to me and I sit in a quiet room. More importantly the sound is consistent if that makes sense. I had a nightmare of a situation before with a PC that did whirring or humming sound constantly and that is much worse.
There's also a setting in BIOS to turn it into "stealth mode" to have the motherboard rgb lights off. And you just need to press the black button on the top (furthest back) to cycle through RGB lighting or hold to turn off completely. For the annoying LED power light that blinks nonstop -- I just did a low-tech fix and covered it with a piece of tape solves the problem or just shut down each night.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and CyberPowerPC as a company that delivers excellent components and system builds. I priced out this build from parts and on the CyberPowerPC site and both totals were over $1900~! so yeah... even if built this myself I would not have gotten a better deal.

Great Purchase.
I was looking at upgrading my GPU and CPU when I came across this pre-built. The pricing was amazing. I've built 3 PC's myself, so I was skeptical at first.
When I unboxed the PC, I was surprised by the high quality components, wire management, and overall build quality.
Only thing I needed to do was enter the BIOS and turn on X.M.P. to maximize the DDR4 3000MHz - that's it. The performance is so good, there's no need for overclocking. I'm running EFT with 120 fps while streaming in Discord and watching multiple other streams on a 2nd monitor.

This is a literal beast of a machine, as of in I got an Asrock Z490 Phantom Gaming motherboard, 3000 Megs of Balistix Crucial Ram red, An MSI Geforce RTX 3070 Ventus 2X OC, which means that this is an overclocked card, You might get different parts though, But if you care about how loud this is it’s decently loud so.. Thermals good, 100 Percent Load 70-78 degrees Celsius and it comes with a mouse and keyboard. Bluetooth for the motherboard. A button for changing the rgb fans and water cooler, Air vent at the top and including one good looking pc and good price point.

Very nice prebuilt although BestBuy didn't put details such as motherboard, ram, etc.
I looked up the components in the case, the mother board is Asus Prime z490-v, SSD is ADATA swordfish, memory is crucial Ballistix, GPU is MSI ventus 2z oc 3070. Cooling system is cyberpowerpc, I don't know much about their fans. The case looks gorgeous.
They didn't use cheap components like other pre-built companies. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

Like many other people I found it easier to buy a pre-built PC because of the current GPU market. This particular machine gives you plenty of bang for your buck. Mine came with the same hardware as one of the reviews below.
CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K - 16 GB
Motherboard: AsRock Z490 Phantom Gaming 4/ac
GPU: ASUS Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 - 8 GB
Memory: Ballistix 3000 mhz - 16 GB
SSD: WD Blue SN550 - 1 TB
Cooler Master Liquid Cooling for CPU - which is RGB
Front 2 Case Fans - also RGB
Pros:
Good cable management.
I haven't tried to customize RGB on fans yet (if possible) but they are all in good sync.
Very simple and quick setup. Up and running in minutes.
Excellent air flow and very quiet! I had 2 games running simultaneously (World of Warcraft and Phantasy Star Online 2) with no noticeable fan noise at all. Runs both games on Ultra/Max settings at 60 FPS with ease.
The Wi-Fi built into this motherboard is great and it comes with 2 antennae to screw in to the back.
As another reviewer stated you can easily change the default setting of the RAM from 2666 mhz to 3000 mhz by hitting F2 on startup to get into UEFI menu. Once in this menu simply locate the XMP Profile setting on the left middle of the screen and click it to switch it to Profile 1. Click save and exit at the top and you're good to go!
Cons:
The only complaint I have is that the glass on the left side of the case, for viewing all the RGB, has scratches all over it. Since it is minimal cosmetic damage I'm not concerned with getting it fixed/replaced and will not take a star off for that reason.
Overall:
I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to anyone looking for an RTX 3070 GPU!

This Gaming PC is better than I could have imagined. It has blazing fast performance and extremely smooth graphics. Both Warzone and Apex Legends run on the highest settings at 144fps on 1080p @ 144hz. My only concern is a regular temperature of 78C after 20 minutes of gaming. I've read that is within normal temp range for the 3070, but still seems high to me. Even with the higher temps, this bad boy is still as smooth as glass with absolutely no tears, hiccups, delays, or drop in fps.
I chose the i7-10700K 3070 version and ended up with a MSI Z490-A Pro motherboard, MSI Ventus 3x GeForce RTX 3070 OC graphics card, Crucial Ballistix 3000 MHz DDR4 Ram, and an 800watt PSU. I was able to add a second WD 1TB NVMe SSD to the extra spot on the motherboard and double the RAM to 32GB without issue, plug and play.
Only took 1 week for it to arrive at the store after purchase.
