Customers highly value the performance of the Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop, citing its ability to handle demanding games and professional software with ease. However, many customers reported excessive heat, particularly concerning the case and cooling system, leading some to replace the case for improved airflow. The included RAM also received positive feedback for its speed. Some users noted issues with the initial case size and potential for overheating.

So far so good from initial set-up. Computer runs real smooth and the build quality seems great. Love the RGB lighting on it and the casing is really clean and sleek. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate buying another gaming PC from CyberPower.

The panel on the front of the case completely blocked the entry of wind and when I tried to remove it I got stuck with the light bar so I had to laboriously remove the light bar and then the bezel

The selection of synchronized RGB parts makes this a gorgeous PC to behold. The case has good airflow and the RTX 3080 Ti doesn't "breath" hot air on the CPU or vice versa. My favorite part is the complete lack of bloatware. This machine booted into Windows 11 ready to install Steam and play some games. The motherboard, drives, and memory are definitely a "whatever is cheapest" but there's really no compromises for having a PC built and delivered with good cable management and everything that just works.

The first time I saw it I thought it was one of the best deals, but when I played for at least 3 min it turned off and I touched the glass and it was very hot, I could never finish any game until I remove the glass! I'm going back a best buy to fix it or give me my money back

Other than the GPU/CPU, they use the cheapest components to fill this thing out. They dont even use the correct screws on the fans so the magnetic filters cant even work correctly. Thr airflow in the case you get it in is absolutely horrible. I moved everything over in a bigger case with better airflow and got instant performance gains. Avoid this unless you plan to take the CPU/GPU to another rig.

This is one beast of a computer. I was very pleased to see I had gotten lucky enough to have received an EVGA 3080TI FTW3 ultra as my GPU. I was also very happy to see a Cooler Master duel radiator liquid cooler for my CPU. The only negative about this computer is the case. It’s tiny. Looks to me like they shoved everything into a compact mid tower rather than a regular mid tower case. The GPU is millimeters from touching the front cooling fans on the radiator. Which isn’t good. Needless to say, I ordered a new case and will be rebuilding the computer inside there so my components will get the airflow that they need. Other than that, I’m pleased with my purchase. Parts like these are incredibly hard to find right now so I consider having to rebuild the pc in a new case to be manageable.

This couldn't be a better deal right now. I added every part i received in the pc into a newegg/amazon cart and there was no way to get the same parts without spending hundreds more than the MSRP of this prebuilt.
I got a EVGA XC3 3080 ti, 1000w psu, 32gb 3200mhz corsair lpx ram, a WD nvme 1tb ssd, msi z690a pro motherboard, coolermaster 240mm aio with push + pull fan setup.
It's the perfect top end prebuilt, ive already added a 980 pro and plan to upgrade the ram at some point. I play every game 4k 90-144 fps. Temps are great, my last prebuilt i had to take the side panel off and put a box fan on it to keep it in check. This one i keep it closed up and with my msi afterburner curve, 3080ti maxes out at 78c, memory at 86c. To be fair without afterburner the gpu temp will let itself sit at 84c and 95c for the vram, but if you're running a 3080ti you're probably running your own fan curve.
This thing is awesome, way better than i expected. the fact that i got a solid motherboard is just icing on the cake.
One big detail that you CANNOT ignore
You HAVE to remove the RGB light that sits inbetween the front intake fans and the front panel. It literally prevents airflow from reaching the fans, idk how that made it past QA or even design. You need to unscrew the front panel, identify the wire that leads from the RGB piece and unscrew the backside panel to disconnect that wire from the controller. Once its disconnected you can remove the RGB light as a whole, and then you can either leave the front panel on or off, either way it will be able to actually breathe at that point. I left mine off and added a dust cover.

Great computer, they cut corners on the power supply. After shorting the OEM one 4 days after turning it on for the first time, I replaced the power supply with the 1000w corsair 80 plus gold PSU and haven't had a single issue since. I also replaced the case because I wasn't getting a lot of airflow over the GPU. At the end of the day its still a great computer! Factor in having to replace the PSU and potentially case.

On startup it has a lot going for it, plays games amazingly at 4k 60fps+. But my pc started having issues with the video card, to the point where I swapped it out with my 1080gtx to see if it was truly the issue and it turned out it was. I have contacted cyberpowerpc support as directed on their paperwork, but as of the 26th I still have yet to even hear back. So I have a faulty 3080ti which is the main reason I even bought the whole rig to play Halo Infinite in 4k 60fps on Ultra yet I can not because I can not get a reply from support. Amazing PC on paper, CyberPowerPC support or maybe as a company very wanting sadly.

Seems to be an excellent computer for gaming so far, I’ve only had it a week. I did take another reviewer’s advice and remove the RGB light near the cooling fans, just a precaution though, I haven’t had any issues with it getting hot. Very happy with this purchase, to have one built with similar specs would have been $4200.

Purchased this unit in February 2022. Out of the box constant overheating issues. Almost 120c on a stress test, unit so hot it burns your hand. Unfortunately I didn't unbox right away, so by the time I really realized the issue I hadn't had it 30 days, but it was over 30 days from order date, so couldn't return to Best Buy. Contacted CyberPower and got an RMA to send it back. Got it back this week and just tried playing my first game. Shut down after about 10 minutes of game play, again hot to the touch. Bench-tested and temps are the same at over 120c. Emailed CyberPower yestreday to find out what they did to repair, have not received a response yet. Packing slip said they replaced the motherboard, but internal components are exactly the same as when I shipped it out. Don't waste your money, get something better than this.

WORST PC PRE BUILT EVER BOUGHT !!!, i just bought this pc back in September and didn't start using it until October. everything was fine until i started to run games on it, both GPU AND CPU reach temps of 100c when i play valorant or mw2, the sad part is that ill only play for 20 minutes and its already so hot, i paid way to much money for this to be happening, i waited a bit hoping the problem would be fixed but i havent been able to fix it. very bad product
