I was originally going to buy ibuypower with i7 but the motherboard chipset would not utilize the 13th gen tech so it made it a 12th gen. $250 more and i got an unlocked i9 13th gen with ddr5 with cyberpower. This computer is super quiet and fast had no problems right out the box. my computer is booted before my monitors turn on.

Loads fast. On line registration has problems. Had to reply to an email that requested pictures. No user manuals, anywhere.

Wouldn't display anything after hardware setup. Tried changing out cables, reseating GPU, and resetting the CMOS, none of them worked.
What did was reseating the RAM(Same spot and everything just making sure to click it all the way into place while putting it back in) and making sure the HDMI was plugged into the GPU not the motherboard. Run's like Bolt now. Great pre-built.
