Powerful computer, but significant operating noise

The problem was that Best Buy sold me this computer as a powerful desktop, to be used for business and research, not gaming. The multicolored lights could be dealt with, but the noise of the machine is a problem in a business or research context. The machine has a large video card, and a powerful content, but these components need several fans to keep the machine from overheating. These combine to make a lot of noise. For gaming, with headphones and speakers, the noise would be drowned out. So, do not let a Best Buy salesperson sell this to you as a business machine without them telling you that it is very noisy. This machine is sold as a gaming machine, so the manufacturer is being very honest. But the Best Buy salesperson needs more information before selling as a professional business computer. I would recommend this computer to a serious gamer, not a professional business person.

I bought this computer a little over a year ago and I’ve had issues with it from day one. I’ve had it in the repair shop twice. Certain games have crashed for no reason. I can play Tarkov seamlessly but a game like CS2 will crash constantly. I’ve tried restarting computer, uninstalling and reinstalling game files, checking integrity of files..etc. I even uninstalled windows and reinstalled to no avail. I will say when the PC actually runs its amazing.

Bad QA Jobs but good PC for Gaming

The Computer will run all games and software. The issue is the QA have the hardware. When I received the product the mouse was damaged. If you shake the mouse you can hear rattling of something loose inside. The other issue is the PS. It's very noise and sounds like it has a fan issue. It's somewhat quite when not running anything demanding but it is extremely noise when running higher end games.

DOA - RMA'd directly with CyberPower

Unfortunately mine came DOA. Wasn't able to output a picture no matter what I did. Tried everything I could think of. Cyberpower support offered to repair free of charge and free shipping so I took it. Not sure what best buy would have offered but seeing as how it was sold out last time I checked i didnt want to risk just being offered a refund as I didnt want to miss out on this deal.

Too loud. It’s just too loud. Fans and radiator or something. Looks nice though. Decent performance.

Great pre-built for the value! Arrived in a beat-up box however and appeared to be a return with the power switch already in the "on" position after unpacking. I should not have had to pay full price for a store return.

Will update this review once I get it back from CyberPowerPC. I’ve had some CPU overheating issues, so I’m sending back to get checked out since it’s still under warranty. Might be a fluke, but better safe than sorry
