Upgrading the car remote extended it's range dramatically. 2 way remote let's you know when it's started, locked, and unlocked with beeps and flashes. The install team was knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. Overall great experience.

The Geek Squad did excellent work in setting up my Remote Start. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs something installed quickly and accurately. I am bringing in my new MDX for them to install a sub in as well.

Don Iwig did a excellent job with the installation of this new item and he was very efficient and fixed a couple issues that was overlooked by the first install.

I bought the remote start for my wife for Christmas. Other than having to wait about a month to get in for the installation everything is great. The install was done in a timely manner and when we picked up the car the tech did a great job of explaining how to use the remote start. We have only had about a week but it works like a charm every time. It has been a great gift since we have been experiencing record low temperatures this winter. If anything, I would recommend more installers at our Best Buy, so you don't have to wait so long to get in for installation.

I have had two starter systems installed by the GeekSquad and they were both great experiences. The techs were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and in this latest case had my installation completed very quickly with no complications or follow-up issues.

Got my viper gps add on installed today. My appointment was at 5:30 scheduled it myself online when I got there the gentlemen informed me that he has been trying to call me said he had only half an hour left and that I might have to reschedule.i didn’t understand why when I got there at 4 and appoint was at 5:30. But anyways he did the install anyways. After it was done it was not working again he said I might have to rechdule for troubleshooting (call the viper 1800 number turned out it was an issue with the wiring) told the guy he fixed it in about 5 mins. Now working great.

My factory installed car alarm stopped working on my 2005 Ford Explorer after 12 years and the dealership wanted to charge me more to remove the old system than Best Buy cost me to purchase, remove, and install a completely new system. The installation seemed to go smooth and painless and they even finished an hour earlier than I was scheduled for. The system works flawlessly and I like it much more than the original system hands down. Hopefully this system will last the remainder of the life of my vehicle, but with a lifetime installation warranty I know I will be in good hands should something occur.

Although I had to wait a very long time for my installation, it's understandable due to staffing. When I got in there finally the gentleman who did the install was top-of-the-line, cream of the crop, excellent customer service as well as knowledgeable about the product. I couldn't be happier!

Viper system is very good and covers mostly what you want in a basic alarm system. The installer was very professional and did clean work. It takes about a day to complete (Drop-off at 10AM and Pickup and 5PM). Since this car is for our nanny to use for driving the kids, it needed a reliable and basic alarm. This one fits the bill and the work was done well-hidden with no wires showing. I installed fog-lamps and when I got into the wiring, the installer was very clean when taping up all the alarm wires and did not interfere with other systems. This is professional. We are happy with the install.

I picked Best Buy installation even though i bought my system else where because I trusted the guarantee if anything went wrong it would be corrected. But I am confident I won't even need to go back, since it was done so well in the first place. Very happy with Riverbank's installer and he really knows what he's doing. He provided excellent fast service and offered if I wanted to get help on anything for my security system on my car, to go back or call him and he'll take care of it. I've had no issues and don't think I will either. Thank you

This was installation for a car starter. After buying the product, I scheduled the installation through the geek squad at the location. Don't bother calling the 800 number, it's a waste of time and they will just tell you to call the store. The technician was very friendly and helful. The car was dropped off and about 2 hours later I came back and got instructions on how to use the starter -straight forward. It was a bundle package and worth the price for both installation and the starter.

It was a present for me I really wanted one for the winter. It does what I needed it to do. I have a Cadillac everything that was needed for the installation was included we didn't need any extra parts or switches for it to work. The installation crew did an excellent job they didn't take that long to install the starter. They gave us a little class on how to operate it and they let us know if we have any problems with it to bring it by for them check it o it t and that it has a lifetime warranty. Overall we are very pleased.

The “geeks” working the the car audio installation shop in our BestBuy were very friendly, accommodating and competent. Had remote start hardware installed in two granddaughter’s cars, a ‘99 CR-V and a ‘07 Sentra. The girls love them. Work great, especially the app that works to lock and start remotely. I recommend BestBuy installer for all you auto add-ons.

Although, the install was done in a little less time and the quoted extras weren't needed, the tech didn't want to bother showing me how it works. Once I told him I had the four button version, all he had to offer was that it worked just like my old one. It doesn't. It's only got one button. There is no option to open the trunk. You can't even lock the doors with the remote.

This is my 3rd Viper purchase. I love the brand. Purchased the model 4806V because I had it in my last car and am very happy with it. It has fantastic range from the remote. Best Buy once again did a great install. This time I also purchased the module so I can use the starter from my cell phone. I live in Minnesota, so a dependable remote starter is a must have.

The remote start was installed professionally. The system works great. I am able to start my truck from inside my office and 350 feet from my truck. the Toyota interfaces well with the hardware. My installer had to stay late on a Friday to get it installed because the scheduler didn't allow enough time but it went well. I love getting into my warm defrosted truck at 4:00 AM.

I bought this version because I wanted to know when or if the car started. This unit works great and still allows me to use the buttons on my key too. previous units I looked at "bypassed" my key button which are easier to use to unlock/lock doors. I am extremely pleased with how well this worked in my 2015 Subaru Outback - better than the factory one and cheaper!
