This is my first Dell laptop, and I have to say that I've been very impressed. Snappy performance, stays fairly quiet and cool, solid keyboard and a very nice, crisp display. Audio quality is also surprisingly good for the machine's smaller size.
There's also a good amount of ports available, although I would recommend using a USB-C/Thunderbolt Dongle if you plan on using it as a desktop with an external monitor and mouse/keyboard.
The included pen was a nice bonus as well. My only negative would be the lack of a webcam cover or shutter switch. Other than that, great overall machine and it does everything I need and more. Very happy with my new Dell!

This is my 2nd Dell Laptop like this, but it had only 12 ram, and It ran very hot also. Still works, thou. After over 3 years.
This laptop is wonderful. My only complaint is that it runs hot quickly which can be annoying and uncomfortable. And if it keeps working, like my other old one, I'll be happy.

After one week of usage, laptop is over heating, I can feel the heat at the bottom of the laptop, interesting thing is I didn’t installed any of the softwares yet, don’t know why it behaves like this and also has the fan sound Problem.
Please suggest solutions for the fan sound problem and over heating issue, since it is a brand new laptop I don’t want to face this issues.
I have used many laptops from Dell, don’t think all the ones have this issues. Please suggest some ideas to resolve this

Prabha,
Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your computer is over heating for you and that you're also experiencing fan noise. For the fan noise we'd suggest checking to make sure that the BIOS on your computer is up to date:
An out-of-date BIOS can cause loud fan noises by having an outdated temperature table for the system. Refer to update BIOS and follow the instructions to update the BIOS on your computer. You can also follow up with our Technical Support Team here - 1-800-624-9896.
If you'd like your computer to operate cooler for you, we'd recommend the following:
Tips for Proper Usage:
1. Dell does not recommend placing portable systems directly on your lap. Due to reductions in the thickness of modern portable systems, heat transfer can be an issue. 2. Using a portable system (Laptop) on a hard, flat, non-cloth surface will increase airflow and reduce heat from underneath and inside the system. Using the portable system on a blanket, pillow, or other types of cloth will cover up the fan cause the computer to overheat and can cause permanent damage. 3. It is recommended to use the portable system in a Room temperature of 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F) with a Humidity level no greater than 90%. 4. Use compressed air to clean the vents on a regular basis. 5. Using a cooling pad can decrease heat and increase performance. 6. If you want to know the temperature limitations for your system, go to the Dell Support Website, look up your system model then open the user guide under the manuals link.

great deal on a dell laptop. Very nice laptop with an 10th gen I7 with 16gb ram. I do think the 4k is over kill on a screen this small but pricing was great. I think given battery trade off I would stick with full HD.

I bought my 13” 2 in 1 7391 i7 512GB PC in early July 2020. It's my first touchscreen and first 2 in 1. I'm still in the process of learning it and setting it up for with my apps. The most amazing feature is the superfast startup. The display is very clear and sound is decent. The battery runs very hot so I've bought a laptop cooler to use with it. Thus far, I've always used it plugged in so don't know how long the battery lasts.
Since there aren't many ports, I purchased the Dell D6000 hub to use sometimes. It does require downloading a driver from displaylink.com/downloads. They work great together. Of course, the D6000 also becomes very warm.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this PC especially since it was on sale at a great price.

It’s a good laptop for school. Lightweight but not too flimsy. The pen holder is a nice touch. However it does overheat often and after a month, my webcam stopped working and I didn’t get a chance to get it fixed because of COVID. But most of my meetings don’t require a camera, so its not too big of a problem for me. Other than that, it’s a great laptop for casual web browsing and reading pdfs, perfect for a college student.

This 2 in 1 is awesome. Pen parking in the hinge is genius. The magnet is quite strong. Yes, the pen needs a AAAA battery but this is much better to hold than the Lenono pen that parks inside the device and charges.
Specs are top notch. Perfect as a road warrior device. I use it as a 2nd device to remote access all my desktops.
The screen is gorgeous. Unit is light and solid. It feels right in your hands.
You are not going to regret this.

The Dell inspiron 13.3" 7000 2-in-1 4k Ulra HD laptop is incredible.
It is super lightweight and has a slick design. The specs are really impressive. I do a lot of heavy work on it and have not had any performance issues.
The touchpad has seemed to glitch on occasion, but that's about it.
This computer competes with macbooks for sure.

For 11 months I have been using my computer and it needs to be restarted every week for so many issues, but I still enjoy watching movies and videos and using it as an ipad too, since the pen works really well. One thing is that it gets hot very fast.
