It met the needs of the person it was purchased for. She is not a big fan of the 10-key option on most laptop. So this fit the bill seeing as it does not have that.

This computer is amazing. It helps me get everything I need done as far as for school and personal usage.

A few weeks of use and so far for open-box its solid. Hasn’t given me any issue and is very reliable. I would recommend finding one with 16gb of ram or upgrading yourself though. But overall, great purchase for the price.

My experience over the years with buying several laptops and tablets from Best Buy has been excellent. They describe their products very well on their website, they have competitive prices, they have top notch shipping, their employees all seem to have a good attitude and it is very easy for a store pickup. And ... This particular laptop purchase was excellent for my needs and I am very satisfied.

This is a great device in every way. It's great for everyday use by students and professionals. Also, the fingerprint speed is amazing. However, it's a bit heavy.

I wish i loved this laptop but its only brought me problems. Battery dies fast. It has locked itself down last week and requires, i dont really know, to open it. Bit-recovery? It takes longer to load something (when its not locked down) than other computers, in my experience. Ot won't allow downloads. Basically useless. I cannot return to store. Their return policy is crap too. 14 days Overall, i wish id chosen another computer and a different store.

Like new? It sure is. Very nice and absolutely awesome price! Works like new, looks brand new. Is exactly what the description stated.

Bought this item TWICE. The first one had issues from the get go. Took it home, unboxed it, bam. The screen and laptop itself is nice and loved the screen quality. Feels light and has a smooth surface. It was a midnight blue which is actually a lovely color. However, the startup was rocky. It gave me so many issues with the wifi connectivity. It just would not connect or it would but drop within minutes. It is NOT my wifi connection as my other devices all connect with no issues and my modem and router all work very well. Took it back within hours of purchasing only for Geek Squad to tell me it definitely has some type of hardware issue. Decided to exchange for the same because I was naive to think it was an isolated issue. Bam! Second one did not connect at all. Called my internet provider for confirmation or help and it was not an issue with wifi. Took the second one back to geek squad and it connected there! Was told to take it home and try it again so I did exactly that. Unfortunately, it did not connect at all. I have read other reviews here, on Reddit, other sites and there are tons of wifi connectivity issues with this one. I ended up returning it and switching to Apple product.

This laptop is wonderful. I upgraded its RAM, and it significantly improved my overall experience.
