This is the computer I’ve always wanted, it works very well, it’s fast, it has a good graphics card, it can play movies & music really well, it’s a good laptop with a touchscreen

This computer has a good touch screen along with running vert effecient. I have never had any problems and the battery life is great. You get lots of things for a low price!

My daughter uses this for her online distance learning. Way faster than her old laptop. Would’ve liked a little more storage for the price.

I am so disappointed with the quality of the power cord I was given to power this laptop. The laptop I have had no problems with but for a power cord to STOP charging a laptop in 4 months????? I am just truly, truly disappointed. Also, I could't find a way to contact Best Buy by email or message. Is there a reason for this? 4 months (smh) sad, just sad. I didn't buy the most expensive laptop or the fanciest one but I would hope that all your products were as good as your name. Poor quality and that is just too bad. Thank you for your time.

So glad I got this for my daughter who is a huge Sims lover. She loves everything about this laptop from its large screen size to its touch screen capabilities, and lets not forget the voice assistance. I would say its perfect for my little Sims lover who is 11 yrs old and set it up all by herself!

I needed a new laptop and this one was exactly what I needed. Its very fast, big screen, and has decent memory. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable also.

Nowhere else have I found a touchscreen laptop for this money. It's for work and casual browsing and I would by another if they hadn't of sold out.

I bought this laptop as a Xmas gift for my dad. It runs extremely fast comparing to his old broken laptop and serves his daily routines perfectly (playing videos, editing photos, webpage browsing, email, document editing, messengers...). 8GB RAM is a plus for performance in the price. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone who doesn't play graphically demanding PC games. The only bad thing is the SSD is only 128GB, you will definitely need to get an external hard drive to store your data. Also, an external CD/DVD player if you need to play CD/DVD.

Love this laptop. Perfect size screen; not to small so you can see everything well. Good amount of memory. And, very EASY to set up.

Have had for a year now and it has worked out well. Got an external hard drive to handle storage overflow. I create large files for video and audio editing. Wish it had a smidge more storage. For a while I got "full storage" warnings then they just went away. Some sort of update voodoo going on behind the scenes. We have no idea what they do in our computers in those updates...

My kid needed a laptop. I figured she'd mostly just play games on it, but then came the pandemic. Overall, it's been a lifeline. The touchscreen is pretty cool and the laptop screen is big. She LOVES gaming on it. Overall, we're very happy with the purchase. I'm not much of a fan of Dell's computers, but this one has me considering another for myself to accompany my work PC and personal Mac.
