The computer is a bit heavy, but has a large screen and works great.

I've always preferred Dell laptops, so when it was time to get a new one, it was my first choice brand. Although this was a bit more than I was planning on spending, I'm very happy with the choice. Fast, easy to use and excellent display. It's probably the heaviest laptop I've owned, but since I don't really travel much these days, it's a minor issue.

I bought my laptop last month for work. I use a lot or RAM and internet intensive programs. Can't say enough about the performance. From startup it quick, very quiet fans and programs speeds are fast. Tablet mode is really practical when using for home or entertainment. Very satisfied with overall speeds, looks and of course, number keypad built in.

I think I will start with the positives. I enjoyed the larger screen when the computer was working. Its clarity was also good and it had decent battery life. Like other reviewers have mentioned it is too large and heavy to be used as a tablet. Unfortunately four months into owning the laptop the hard drive died. The part is covered under the basic warranty that is where the other end of the nightmare has begun. Dealing with customer service since has been a nightmare. It started off as well as a hard drive dying in the middle of working can go. The part is covered under the basic warranty and Dell said that they would dispatch a technician with the necessary part and even scheduled an appointment for their technician to come and replace my part and take the old hard drive away. A week later and every day I get a notification about a delay and when speaking with customer service they tell me the part will be installed tomorrow. Today I spoke with a different rep and he said that the other reps were lying to me and the email and text confirmation of an appointment being scheduled the next day were wrong and I should get the new hard drive in the next two business days. Long story long not only was the laptop faulty the customer service has been just as bad. Would not advise unless you have a backup laptop to work with. Disclaimer I did not buy any additional warranties or coverage. Buying a plan might or might not lead to a better level of service.

very fast high quality easy to set up good value for the money

Plenty enough power for multitasking, responsive, and pretty good for gaming considering what it has in it. My only complaint thus far is the fingerprint scanner isn’t very good considering I’ve tried every finger I have and it’s still yet to work properly. Other than that it’s been a fun labtop to use.

This was the first computer I have ordered online and set up myself. I ordered it and got it about a week later. The setup was simple. Cortana walks you through it. You don't need a manual or instructions. Everything works great and it was nice to get the highly rated anti-virus program free for a year. I like the big screen for photo editing.

This laptop has an incredible smooth design. Not only is it touch screen, but it flips. It has all the vital features for gaming and works well with monitors. I bought two of these laptops. It’s a steal for the price!

Speed is fantastic. If you buy, get a pen/stylist right away.
