LOVE IT. Bought this exclusively for managing and editing photos when traveling. Does that and was improvement over a tablet. Only bad thing was that Dell and Microsoft preload microsoft products. These products are great..but sometimes you don't need all the bells and whistles and they are difficult to remove.

This is a fast, excellent 2 in 1 computer. The Touch-Screen is better. Keys may be lighted or not, which can really be helpful in some settings. This unit is large, but not heavy, with a brilliant, good sized viewing space. I started wearing glasses several years ago and this is great for me. Happy, happy customer

I purchased this laptop mainly to produce radio shows and videos for our church's website and it has handled these tasks very well. The laptop is large and is used more as a desktop replacement which it is very capable of doing. I would recommend this Dell and have been very pleased with it.

Loving this device. It’s a desktop replacement device so yes on the heavy side but the construction is really nice and the hinge feels like it will last for a long time. Performance is really good quick to start and launch programs. I’m happy what else can I say.

I needed a computer that could handle multiple Adobe applications at once and this bueaty does the trick! It's big enough to take the place of dual-screens in a pinch and is great for music and videos when I'm not working. I gave it 5 stars because it's perfect for my needs, but be aware the camera quality isn't stellar.

I bought a computer online from another company and had to end up returning it. I went into Best Buy, was able to talk to someone who was very knowledgeable with computers, was matched up to the one that would not only function well now, but would last several years, and all in a price range I could afford! Very happy!

Runs most programs in a blink of an eye. I haven’t had it long, but it seems to drain the battery faster than I’d like, but I may not have the power settings optimized for battery longevity. The illuminated keys are difficult to see in daylight, but it is easy to turn it off.

This computer is really nice. I love that it works as a tablet as well. However, after using it for a day, I ended up returning it because it was just too big and heavy for me. I got the same computer, just a smaller size. I love that one much more.

The power supply that came with it didn't work so I had to return the computer and Best Buy sent a new one. Otherwise the device does everything I expected. There really aren't many options out there if you're interested in a 2 in 1 touchscreen at 17+ inches.

After 8 yrs with my old Dell this new one is great. The graphics are so much better. Still getting used to the touch screen. I was disappointed that it didn't come with a built in CD/DVD player/writer. You have to buy that separate.

I was looking for a workhorse laptop with a 17" screen that was touch sensitive and had backlit keys .. and this Dell fit my needs greatly. It is fast & has plenty of SSD disk space. The 17" screen makes it easy to work whenever I'm mobile and its easy to hook up to a larger screen and alternate keyboard when I have a days worth of stuff to do. I would have given it 5 stars except that the keyboard is a bit hard to read when the keys aren't lit since the lettering is gray on silver keys.

I love the way it can flip so I can just use it as a touch screen. I am confused on why it doesn't auto connect to my WiFi but I had to order it so I didn't get to have someone help me set it up. Good thing I got the geek squad plan! Love the machine itself...

The computer is just what I needed to use around the house and on the go. Very fast and strong. I would recommend it to people who like to do on line shopping, surf the the internet, or make contact with other through social media.
