As for the Dell Inspiron, I only have one complaint. The keyboard is very difficult to read. If you are not right over the keyboard, you cannot tell what keys are what. Thank goodness, I took typing in high school. I've only had the computer for less than four weeks and I'm beginning to have it flicker off and on. Not a good sign.

In addition, I was unable to transfer files from my iphone to the laptop, it kept saying that there were no items found, but would from time to time. I spent a couple of hours trying, I downloaded iTunes to see if that would help, but it didn't. Laptop is great for general usage and as long as you don't have to travel much with it.

One issue with it since purchase: the plug in for the headset does not work. We have called twice to see about getting this repaired, but due to COVID-19 were told it cannot be done now. We do not want to lose the warranty on this for the repairs. I was told that the warranty would be honored until the end of April. Hopefully we can get the headset jack looked at. the laptop is for remote work and seriously needed.
