Had initial frustrating problem with default country/language issues, but once they were resolved by Dell support the system has worked flawlessly. Fast, light in weight and touch screen is accurate and responsive.

I love the way that you can flip the keyboard back and it then turns into a tablet. The touch screen is awesome!! Would never own another laptop without it. Very easy setup too.

I love everything about my new Dell laptop. I love the touch screen. I love the keyboard. I love the size, but, it is sooooo heavy. That is the only thing I would change about my new laptop.

I wanted a lap top with a larger screen and this one has worked out well for me. I have never owned a touch screen and it's nice to be able to magnify your documents when reading the smaller print. The only small complaint I have is that when you're typing and the keypad lights up the letters and numbers are hard to see on the silver background. I've only had the laptop a few weeks, but it's a nice improvement over my smaller laptop.

If you like the bigger laptop screen size then this has it all for business/personal use! Would recommend. RAM, 512 SSD, & graphics make this super nice and quick. I also love that it has a 10 key on this keyboard.

Being older I appreciate the larger screen as my eyes are not what they used to be. Great 2n1 everything was perfect, minimal bloatware from Dell apps preinstalled

The Dell Inspiron was purchased for my wife to replace the aging HP she had, and boy, what a wonderful upgrade, she loves the size and that it has a numeric pad, not to mention the awesome versatility. Great Deal!

I love this laptop. It's much larger than my previous and I wasn't sure about the size when I bought it online. It took a little getting used to, but I love the large screen size and the touch screen feature.

I bought this laptop for my mom and she absolutely loves everything about it. The battery life is great. The touchscreen is her favorite part about it.

This is a fabulous laptop for my purposes. I'm NOT a gamer, so I'm not sure how it would be for that. I tend to have email, a few Word documents, at least one Excel document, and several tabs open in my browser at all times for research purposes, and I'm having no problems with all that open! It's so exciting. Photoshop works like a dream on here and I do not have to restart before and after and keep everything else closed like I did on my old laptop - such a pleasure! The picture on this monitor is absolutely gorgeous! I have not used it in tablet mode yet.

With 4 CPUs hyper-threaded and an added 1TB internal SSD Hard drive and a docking station, this PC/touch-screen tablet has all the power and capability that I need. Very happy with the purchase

Of course my computer crashed right when the Pandemic was upon us. I researched what I wanted to replace my computer (which was a semi-dinosaur) and found this one fit all my needs. Luckily it was in stock at my local Best Buy and they could do contactless delivery to me at the store front within an hour. WOW. We pulled up and someone immediately came out the door, gave him my info and he went inside and came back out with my order. We were on our way within 5 minutes. Excellent experience. And by the way, this computer is awesome !! I love everything about it. IT is sleek looking, and a great performer. I definitely would recommend it. Thanks Best Buy and Dell !!

This is the first Dell product I have ever owned and I am very impressed. The set up to this laptop was very easy. Dell laptops come with SupportAssist which makes updating drives and systems within your laptop a breeze. The machine sets itself up. Considering all the updates needed Windows, I had my laptop up and running in less than 30 minutes. The laptop is up and running moments are being turned on. The screen is large and bright. It is great for watching movies, shows and videos. I have multiple platforms open and the system never slows down. I have not yet used the touch screen so I cannot give an opinion on that. All and all, well worth the price.

Needed to upgrade from WIndows 7 and purchased this product. It is powerful, fast and very nimble between applications. The Touch-Screen is amazing. Combination laptop/tablet is great!

Many features not on y old Dell that are really needed and easy to use. I'm glad i purchased this Dell with the features and large screen . works great and allows me to do more work faster

So far so good. Haven't owned it long. Annoying that you can't continue to use any apps or click anything when it needs an update. The notification for an update hadn't even popped up yet and everything froze. Annoying. Had to update computer and then it restored what I was working on but still scary if I was working on something important and risk losing it. :/ The mouse pad is not in an ideal location.

The laptop is working well. Love the size of the screen for my work. Don’t give five stars because the screen is touch but not for writing or designing with a pen but for the price and good Quality of it you can’t ask more.

This was purchased for business use so I had to upgrade to win 10 pro., but that was it. It is well built and feels solid. Speed is great and has the big screen and 10 key. Perfect!

Great product. It has everything my family needs for daily household internet use. Super fast, music sounds great. Only con is a bit heavy, but considering it's size to be expected.

Needed a new laptop for our son to take to college this fall. He's really impressed with speed. Lots of memory. Should be perfect for his on-line as well as in-person classes.
