    Excellent After Stupid Issue Resolved

I selected this laptop because of its features, processor, RAM, and SSD. After getting it out of the box and all started up everything seemed to be working fine. However, the next day, I started it up and I couldn't get it to connect to the internet. The computer wouldn't even show any networks even though there are about 12 different networks within range of my house. The computer also was unable to recognize that there was a wifi card even installed in it. So I took it to back to Best Buy and swapped it out for a new one. Got the new one setup and again had the same issue. Best Buy swapped it out for the same thing because I wanted to give this laptop one last try. Again, had the same issue with the third laptop. So I took it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad looked at it. They quickly determined that the laptop comes pre-loaded with a faulty Wifi driver. They plugged in an ethernet cable and downloaded the update to the driver and haven't had an issue since then. Dell should not be distributing laptops that are incapable of working properly right out of the box. That's poor quality control for Dell. With this issue aside, I love this laptop! It's fast, quiet, lightweight, and great battery life. Perfect laptop for a student. Battery will last me through all my classes if I start out with a full charge.

Nice unit and very lightweight. long battery keeps hibernation feature very useful. Display drive error keeps popping up and cant figure that one out yet. SSD is fast and enough RAM to take on tougher tasks. Not a big fan of Windows 10 and trying to force every bit of data to the clouds. I would recommend this device - could be a little cheaper but for laptop/tablet combo guess its worth it.

I expected it to be basically a laptop with a touch screen, but it's really more of a tablet with a permanent keyboard. There are some things that it's not really powerful enough to do. The most difficult thing about it for me, is getting used to Windows 10 since I have previously used android phones and laptops/desktops running Windows versions up to 7.

This is the third computer I've bought at Best Buy in the past month (for various reasons), and it's been great so far! I use it for pretty basic stuff (Microsoft Office Suite, internet browsing, streaming, etc.). I didn't originally want a touchscreen or 2-in-1, but this computer is great. I wish it had more internal storage (128GB), but I realize w/a solid state drive you don't get as much storage and it hasn't been an issue. Would definitely recommend!

As a budget laptop, this one is on the higher end of the price range. We got this for $580 something with tax included due to a student discount, and even at that price there seem to be some small issues that just bug me. The performance of the laptop is decent but the build quality is sub par. The plastic design is nice for the light weight aspect, but it also adds a cheap feeling to the laptop that I personally don't like. My girlfriend bought this laptop for the mobility, so she doesn't mind the plastic construction - but it still bugs me. The keyboard is also especially squishy - more than the 13 inch version of this laptop, and much more than my Latitude e5550. Over all this laptop holds up to what I expected, minus the squishy plastic design.

Still trying to figure it out The screen can be a bit touchy, and the pad not touchy enough. Price was great. Size is great. I think its going to be perfect for its purpose. Good for a college student on the go. Hopefully its somewhat durable.

The last time I purchased a laptop for my parents was in 2006. i3's 5's and 7's were not even out yet. You can tell how long they can extend a piece of technology. This is a nice and feature-filled laptop with touchscreen. Small enough to carry anywhere and assistive technology in the new version of Windows helps my parents navigate it. I set it up for them with a basic firewall, some pop-up blockers and adblock and they chat with me over hangouts using it. So far no complaints.

Absolutely love this 2-in-1. I was looking for a small, lightweight laptop with a long battery life for travel. It gives me about 8 hours of battery life with moderate use eliminating the need to carry the charger on most days. The i3 processor is perfectly fine for most applications, and most likely is less drain on the battery compared to i5 or i7. The screen is pleasant to look at and easily doubles up as a tablet after the computer is folded over. Windows 10 loads up fast due to Fast Startup in Win 10 and SSD. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. The power button is awkwardly placed, but one gets used to it.

This is a great computer for college students. The price is very competative. The size is perfect for carrying without adding weight to the students backpack. The software was easy to download. The processing speed is great. The flip screen is great for photos and snap chat I would recommend this product to anyone on their way to college

Good combination of size and performance; convenient for travel from both a weight and size perspective. Factory power settings have caused the screen to essentially lock up and would require manual power down; however, I changed the settings and this resolved the issue but at the cost of power savings/battery life. Frustrating; but overall a good choice for a personal laptop; would not be great choice for a business laptop.

I really love this laptop/tablet. It is my first computer that I have ever owned myself that didn't belong to my husband or company I worked for. It is super lightweight, they keyboard is really easy to use and it's a great size. I would recommend this computer to anyone except a person with really big fingers as the keys may be a little tough for them. I would consider my fingers normal size and it works fine for me but I could see it being an issue for a tall guy or someone who may have bigger hands.

I was looking for an 11-inch solid state laptop and this was the best brand. The newer models Dell has are made of plastic and don't appear to have the same quality as this one. I had some issues with the touch pad at first but other than that it's the perfect size for traveling and the overall speed is nice.

I really enjoy this laptop for on-the-go uses. It's small size makes it very portable. The only issues I had with this laptop was it's light plastic housing that feels like you could break it, along with the cheap non-weighted keyboard.

I had 3 visits to Geek Squad before I had a funcitional product. I was literally unable to 'work'. Being a non-techy, all I can tell you is that I was fortunate enough, on visit 3, to show up when a tech was there that knew that a particular driver needed updating to keep a connection to the Internet! Otherwise, it's nicely compact and portable. Picture quality is good, ...and I think I am going to enjoy it! It's solely for business use, so pray I didn't make a huge mistake.
