Had not purchased a computer in quite a while until ours died. Was a little hesitant to purchase new computer with new operating system. Love the new one. Touch screen is great! Easy to use!

This is a nice desktop computer. It took some getting use to with the touch screen. The design is sleek and attractive. No tower to collect dust. Everything has been running fine so far.

This computer is great for office work, browsing the Internet, and some light gaming. The wireless keyboard and mouse make it perfect for not have a rats nest of cables all over your desk.

Purchased it for the office, where the most demanding thing it's used for batch editing large numbers of pictures at the same time. Between the processor and ram, it handles thi8ngs great!

Love the faster speed of the I 7 core was using I 3 major improvement was small learning curve using windows still not the biggest fan but growing on me. Also love the touch screen

So far, lightning fast, no issues, super sleek, very nice overall buy. Hopefully the reliability is as good as all its other features, am hoping to have it for a very long time.

Prob with e-mail. Geek squad and comcast blaming each other but still no answer. I personally believe it is a comcast prob but geek squad could not resolve the issue with them. Since its a tech question how am I suppose to find a solution when the geek squad could not. The prob involves a wifi interface issue with Microsoft 10 interface, etc. The computer is as advertised. Quick, relatively quiet, and easy to use except for the e-mail issue. I answered next question NO because others may end up with similar issues.

This computer monitor has a 30 in screen for easy viewing. IT is fast. No waiting for anything. It is just what we wanted. Great for beginner or a seasoned veteran.

Really liked how clean and easy out if the box it is. No loads of ugly in-the-way wires, actually can move its location easily if/when I want. Good speed and power too.

Love the the large screen. Also being able to move it at an angle or flat is very impressive. My favorite part is that it's a touchscreen and so easy to use.

I like to have an All-In-One computer at home for family use. This model is touch screen and has best operating system and memory you can ask for.

The PC is great. Large screen very large hard drive. Still learning about Windows 10. It's still NOT my main PC since W10 doesn't support older software. Using the old one for most of my work. Can watch movies on the internet without waiting for the data to download. Have moved a lot of PDF files from DVD to the HD. Next have to check out the files to see if all is ok. Had some problem setting up favorites but worked it out. ONE thing I DON'T like is the power cable. The transformer which converts AC to DC (i thinks that what it does) gets VERY HOT.

For the average user this machine offers more than enough processer and memory right out of the box. A great all-in-one, no complaints.

for the price, this thing is loaded with the latest processor, lots of memory, and plenty of hard drive space! definitely recommended.

The PC is great: easy to set up, clean on the desk as it has only one wire, fast performance, sharp display, stand offers many ways to view the screen, etc. What's even better is the customer service, in particular Nikki Hasapis. Coming from the customer service arena, I see she's clearly prompt, pleasant and professional; as well as sharp, able to multitask, and a great work ethic. I'd hire her in a New York minute. If Best Buy cloned her, their sales and stock price would skyrocket!

This computer is fast and full of features. I love the 2 HDMI ports and the sharpness of the screen. Fast and good pricing.

Fast and powerful... Has suited my every need so far. Haven't much used the touch screen but it's nice that it's there.

This Dell is very fast and can handle large files. Touchcreen is beautiful an responsive. All my accessories now wireless.
