I really like the security measures taken to access this pc, the battery life is great too. i just dislike the fact that it is not a touch screen

Wow! Super fast and battery life is amazing. The design ia perfect. It is light and solid aluminum construction. It does not have touch screen nor illuminated keyboard. There is one with those features for more money. But for Windows, safe your money and get this one instead since touch screens are not as useful as with other OS. It can play some games from the Windows stores, just like a phone. I gave this to my son for school and he loves it. I also gave him a Helios predator for gaming and graphic intence tasks. But for the rest, I would this is close to ideal.

So light, powerful, and full of features. The battery life is great.

At this point all the computers I use on a daily basis are ARM based. I have this Dell laptop with Snapdragon X, a Lenovo desktop with Snapdragon X Plus, and a MacBook Air with M4. App compatibility with Windows for ARM is fine for most stuff. Although if you do creative work or gaming, look for Intel/AMD. For my web development work (browsers, Docker, VSCode, AI stuff) I’m very satisfied. As for this particular Dell, my only complaint is that this laptop doesn’t have a backlit keyboard. Battery life is almost as good as my Mac though, and it was less than half the price.

New laptop computer works great, has plenty of memory, and is fast.

Purchased for my son and he is totally happy with this laptop. He didn't want a touch screen so this was perfect for him with plenty of storage and power. He doesn't game, this is strictly a work laptop so the 16 gb ram is plenty and it comes with Copilot+ which he is using more frequently. Battery lasts for him all day.

This product was recommended by a Best Buy representative as a computer for my son in college. We got it on sale and have been very pleased with the speed and screen. It is not a touch screen, but runs incredibly well. Lots of storage. This will work very well in college for what he needs for school.

It has been a very interesting journey with this product. I am very happy with the product it delivers what it indicates and is faster than any other PC that I have had. Aside from that two customer service incidents occur. Happy to report both were corrected in excellent fashion. First the system changed my delivery from outside to inside. I use a walker and the less item I walk on concrete the better. I caught a salesperson outside and they quickly made the correction and saw that I got it delivered in minimum time. The second problem was that the day after I bought the system I received an email that the same model was on sale for a significant reduction. They corrected in less than 8 minutes with a price match guarantee. Kudos to all. Another comment-The would I recommend this item- radio button would not work- answer. is yes.

unbeleivable computer. highly recommend to others. got it for 400$ (half off) and it runs like a 1k$ computer. High ram, storage, and battery life. graphics are amazing. only downside has nothing to do with the computer but rather windows... the copilot is too much, not helpful, and not even a good ai. i just got chrome to avoid it completely. other than that though very impressed with this computer.

The Dell Inspiron 14 (Copilot+ PC) is a bold step into the AI-enhanced, ARM-based Windows future. The laptop is very thin and lightweight. The only drawback is app compatibility limitations that comes with ARM CPUs.

Great laptop to do all the things I need. I'm not a gamer so I can't speak to that but this laptop works just as well as the model my company furnished me. Dell has a great reputation, and I can see why.
