This product works pretty well for my use. It does not start up and/or boot extremely fast, but it has all the ncessary functions and use for one's needs. I brought this product at a price that was very affordable for this item at the time. Because it was a Dell, I knew I was getting a good, reliable product that I have used for more than a decade and a half. Also, if you have any basic knowledge of working on a computer and its applications, this product is very simple to learn and operate to your needs. If your going to upgrade an older version to Windows 10, you might as well just get a new Windows 10 to start off fresh and new so that you will not have conflicts in running your operating system, and this Dell product is worth purchasing.

Still very new, but not surprisingly, it performs much better overall than what it replaced- a bulky, cranky nine-year-old that was sputtering along and dying a slow death. The Dell is about half the size and weight, faster and more powerful. I have to say that going from Windows 7 to Windows 10 has been an education.

This system is perfect in meeting our needs! It's compact size uses minimal desk space, too. It's fast and very user friendly! Thank you BestBuy! We love our new computers!!

Pros: Small and light weight., easy to set up, Windows 10 already installed. Is replacing an old Windows XP E-machine also purchased from Best Buy. When XP was no longer supported by Microsoft, a friend installed Linux Light because the E-machine didn't have enough space to install Windows 7. It ran well for quite awhile on Linux Light, but then crashed and our friend said "it's time to get a new computer." Will be a good basic computer for hubby to check email, surf the web, and get driving directions and maps for his "projects". Cons: Slow...maybe just needs some fine tuning? What surprised me was, I set this computer up in my hubby's name, and the next day, I saw the computer had converted everything to my name along with the desktop pictures, etc, that I have on my laptop.. Makes sense now as we have two computers in the "network" with the same operating system. lol...still learning myself and know enough to be "dangerous".

Bought this computer since we needed one for office work. Not bad for the price, although all the Dell backup software and other things they add, slow down the computer. Deactivated these and haven't heard a complaint from the user.

Works great & takes up minimal space, programs work well and it is much faster than the computer that it replaced. Would recommend this one for anyone needing a simple computer, no major frills and wanting to conserve space with the small tower.

got a desktop to segregate computers for certain uses, for example, one for banking, one for emails, one for surfing. This minimizes risk of getting viruses and spyware when surfing. this desktop is quick, easy to install just plug and play.,

Great computer for home office work and light gaming. It is really responsive and comes with Windows 10. If you expand the RAM memory, make sure you get a low voltage memory stick, which Best But does not carry.

I am a computer guy and built myself the PC that my Dad has been using for the last 10 years. It was finally time to upgrade so that he could check his stocks, weather and email online without the PC freezing up. This PC was a great price and had everything that my Dad needed to just plug it in and go.

I purchased this for my mother. She had an old desktop with 1gb that was at least 10 years old and she said it was so slow. Si I got this for her for Xmas. She loves it. Said its really fast and the graphics look great. Pleased with the purchase.

Needed a new computer for my business when my laptop crapped out. Didn't need anything mega and the Best Buy guy showed me this one. Inexpensive but had the features I needed. Wasn't sure about Win10 but it didn't take too long to figure it out to have it do what I needed it to do. Small footprint which helps because of my limited room. Good overall computer.

This was a gift for my father. It is a nice basic computer that my 90 yo father is able to use without difficulty. Not really a gaming computer but one that is a very useful basic computer.

Excellent sleek unit. Easy to set up and very versatile. The OS is a great improvement on previous models. For most home uses this is more than adequate. Also very reasonably priced.

Great computer for the everyday use, cannot complain in the least bit, plenty of power and it is fast as well which is also nice. Would recommend this product to anyone.

I normally buy Hewitt Packard computers for home use but went for the Dell this time. It had the features I wanted at the price point I wanted to spend. Thanks-John

I purchased this computer for my mom when her old one died on her. She needed a very basic computer that would allow her to surf the internet and check her e-mails. It does exactly what she needs with no major problems. If you are looking to do anything more than the very basics, this is not the computer you want.

Actually bought this for work. We needed a machine for employees without a computer to do training and clock in and out. For that purpose it is working perfectly. Was a little annoyed while setting it up that the screen went black several times for about 5 minutes each time. I found out later that this is a Windows 10 thing so boo on Windows. I am a Mac person and do not think I will be changing anytime soon.

This desktop is half the size of my old one and has all of the memory I require. It looks much neater than the old one and is just right for me. Plus, the price was within my range.

This computer is very fast and has everything that I needed. It is very compact so it looks good and does not take up much space. It also comes with a new key board and mouse !!!!!
