The basic needs I wanted in a backup laptop is satisfied. Except for the generic charger that heats up really fast.

Great condition and performance for the price being refurbished. Specs are tge leats that i neede and i can use my docking station now and RAM can be expandable up to 16GB

I picked it up since it had all the features I wanted and was cheap. It arrived with the wrong memory but the company sent the correct memory within seconds of the call. Great laptop!

Only 2 USB ports advertised as 4 (Fair otherwise)

Performance: The laptop runs as expected per the specs except it came with only 2 USB ports rather than 4 as it was advertised. Also, came with third party charger which works fine. The battery has no problems yet and can recharge and last about 4 hours with minor usage and power saver mode on.
Looks: The laptop came in with minor blemishes and a black sticker coating on the lid and below the keyboard (to hide scratches probably), but overall looks fine and clean.

I received it in the mail well before I expected it, but the same day I took it to best buys geek squad to set it up and it immediately went to a blue screen. I had to return it right away.
