Great laptop. Works well as a tablet, too. Screen is sharp, and cpu is very capable.

This is a good laptop top and is lightweight easily portable.
I do have some issues with the AC power supply and the available ports. There are two USB-C ports and 1 USB A port.
The AC power via one of the USB-C ports. If you use hub with a power delivery port you will find that this hub consumes some power and the supplied power supply will be inadequate to boot the computer or supply fast charging. You will need to up grade the power supply to a 90 or 130W Dell power supply. This computer could use an additional USB-C port an/ or USB 3 port. I miss the ports on my old laptop with the barrel type power supply. Buy the right hub for you along with an upgraded power supply.

Great product. Well worth the price. Good graphics and speed for regular computer use for the majority of people. Easy to load microsoft and get started.

Purchased this laptop as a replacement for a laptop that was hacked. I did the factory reset on the laptop, several times, prior to taking it to BB to have it serviced. They ran diagnostics on it, up the security on it up. I still didn't feel comfortable using it.
This was on sale at a good price, in stock and it had a Terabyte of storage. It's not responsive like I like it. I will click on a link, and waiting for it to connect. Not like it's a long wait, but when you click on a link, you expect it to take you right there, not wait a few seconds.
The sound is good. The touch screen is responsive. The laptop does get warm. I have a cooling fan that it sits on top of, and when I'm on the laptop for long periods of time, I will plug it in.
I didn't check to see how many ports it has. I'm not able to plug in an external hard drive or flash drive, have the cooling fan plugged in and have my mouse plugged in at the same time. I do have a mouse that is Bluetooth, so that helps.
There are times when I see it flash on my desktop, like it's connecting. It's weird. It has something to do with One Drive, When I look at my desktop the apps, folders, spreadsheets or documents are either either showing in the cloud or with the green check mark.
Every time I try and sign out, it tells me that One Drive is syncing files. After I waited for a few minutes and then try to shutdown, I get the same message, so I go ahead and shut down. This happens every time that I'm on the laptop. I tried uninstalling and re-installing OneDrive and still having the same issue.
I haven't decided if I'm going to return it or not.
