And that was kind of a huge deal. It's not bad for a basic but it doesn't work if you're using it to work from home

I try to get the product to be return, had to many little steps that I couldn't a return label. I paid the shipping cost out of my pocket, put all the paper works and costs to ship in the box, now waiting for the reimbursements.

Not sure how this happened as they have my current address. In any case Customer Service was very responsive in crediting my account.

Great Computer for the $$

It is a refurbished computer but it has a large hard drive, a fast processor and a large amount of RAM. The setup was easy. I used all my existing cables from my prior PC except the cable for my second monitor. I had to order VGI male/female & VGI/HDMI adapters but I will live with one monitor for a couple of days until they arrive. It arrived in a plain brown box with the pc wrapped in plastic and the mouse, keyboard, power cord boxed separately. This a great PC for the price.

I was leery about buying refurbished but took the advice of my daughter on this one. It has been easy to set up and use. The only negative i can see (or hear) is that it is a little noisy. I am not used to that.
