The desktop is a compact form factor, its a mini-tower that has the fastest Intel quad-core processors: an i7 running at 3.6 gigahertz - perfect our needs. The box came with everything was as stated in the description. The delivery came in on time as the computer was well packaged as if everything was brand new. There was a wired mouse and a wired keyboard that were brand new and I'm happy with them. The tower came in a clear bubble wrap bag as if it were packaged out of the assembly line from the manufacturer. Most important thing there wasn't a single scratch on the tower nor anything inside. Even though its REFURBISHED

I purchase this item without knowing that it was refurbished one. Today when i was checking when will be delivered i foind out its a refurbished. I was like “no once i get it i have to return it” cz i wanted a brand new when i get it my brother told me to open it it may be better than what i think. So i did it and the package was were wrapping you couldnt tell if it was a refurbished or new. Plus the setting option was easy and it has a C cable. I love it. Dint judge the book by ot cover. It work petfectly plus it fit mu drawer i dont have to leave out side. You can tell if i have a pc tower plug in on my monitor or if it s a 2in1 pc. Very small well packed and easy to setup. Thanks to #joysystems for refurbished pc and to @Noemy who assembled.

Amazing what this PC can do for it's size! I could even travel with it. Easy to set up and use adding programs and logins is always what takes the longest but it was just using my old tower before long.

After about 7 years, it was time for a new computer, so I headed to Best Buy as I was not feeling like using Amazon for this purchase. The computer is small, takes up little space and is compact and quiet with a built-in speaker; set up was a breeze and I was able to add Microsoft Office using a Groupon deal. I am excited that I will be able to travel with this overseas due to the size which is definitely carry-on luggage friendly. I am having some issues connecting a second monitor, but this may be due to not using the correct cable. There is a customer support tag on the side with email, website and number for joy systems. It is a decent computer for what I need to do as a small business owner writing resumes. I recommend this if you are operating on a small budget and need a decent desktop computer.

I've now purchased my third refurbished Dell 7050 desktop and I'm extremely impressed. The system's Intel Core i7, 16GB of memory, and 512GB SSD combine to deliver fast, reliable performance that handles both work and entertainment with ease. Having used two previous units, I can confidently say that the quality remains consistent each time. Arrived quickly and on time, much faster than my previous computer. I was looking for something to replace my previous 10 year old computer and this works great! It is compact, fast and very easy to setup. I had no issues and am loving it so far!

I work from home and have always bought refurbished computers. This one literally stands up as well as the others and works great! I have upgraded from an I3 to an i5 and now I have this and love it! This is my first Micro computer and was super easy to set up!

Excellent product. Came fast, no hassle, hooked it up in 5 minutes, already enjoying project zomboid and all my other games on it, super fast, and copact, its the size of a vcr tape with an i7 processor in it! Will be buying alot more " refurbished " ites from Best Buy for sure!

Overall, the unit is fast and quiet and is great for everyday internet applications. The size makes it versatile for storage options. Would recommend the refurbished units if you don't need the top of the line hardware.

The desktop arrived as promised and works well. Very good delivery and easy setup. My only issue is that I failed to notice that the machine is not Windows 11 compatible. The whole reason I bought a new/refurbished PC was due to pending obsolescence of mine with Windows 10. I think you'd be doing your customers a favor by putting that front and center. thank you.

I'm loving my new computer. I use it mainly for working from home and general web browsing. It tolerates having at least 10 tabs open pretty much all the time without difficulty. Super easy to set up, and it's so small, it hardly takes up any space at all!

I am loving this Dell 7050 micro mini. It is super fast, compact and you would never know that it was refurbished. There is not a mark on it. I was shocked at how small and compact it is. Perfect and exceeds my expectations

Its very nice everything was wiped perfectly and there is no evidence of a previous owner

I have to give it a three because we ordered two...one refurb is fine, and works great. I would give that five stars. The other one worked for about a half hour, and then gave BSOD. We took it back to the Geek Squad and they could not fix it. The good news is that getting the refund was simple, and the customer service was fine. And the one that works is stellar. But it's a bit of a crapshoot on this.

So Far this product has been great.... no issues as of now and if there are any, I will post them for everyone to see..

When I ordered this, I did not realize how small it was going to be. It's adorably tiny and runs silently. Came with a USB mouse and keyboard and was all very well packaged for shipping. Thus far the device works excellent, allowing me to install and run even Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
