False advertising & sending defective junk.
The specs, & even the item's name, said it comes with WiFi & Bluetooth. "Features built-in WiFi & Bluetooth" apparently translates to a defective USB WiFi-Bluetooth dongle, so now 1 of the computer's 4 USB ports has to be used by the dongle in order to access the internet over WiFi. Every time the computer restarted from updates during setup, the "built-in" WiFi would stop working, so I could never even complete Windows setup. After taking the computer to BestBuy, the Geek Squad had to use an ethernet internet connection in order for me to complete Windows setup. Yet, even after Windows finally finished setup, the "built in" WiFi still stopped working once the computer restarted. I returned it the computer w it's "built-in" WiFi when the Geek Squad told me that the "built-in" WiFi was defective. Definitely never going to trust refurbished electronics from Marketplace sellers.
