So far, I have not had any issues with this monitor. The quality of the image is excellent. The size is not too large or small. I would recommend it without any reservations.

New LED Screen was great and this size is perfect The Old screen was outdated and not a clear picture

Great monitor and the price was just right! Lowest price I could find and this monitor was just what I needed for an upgrade from my 2005 monitor.

It was easy to set up and the pic is nice and clear. Plus being a older person I needed a screen that was bigger.

I'm use to a 15'' laptop screen so a 24'' is great. I know that it sounds like i don't know much ,however, space is a premium where i live and it fits perfectly where i need it!

I just needed a simple monitor, one that wouldn’t cost a fortune. A Best Buy employee helped me find one that was at a discount cause it was an open box, I guess returned. I got it and I’ve had no issues, it works great still.

I like this monitor compared to my other Dell monitor that I purchased in 2020. This screen has this "matte" type of screen which is good because it doesn't have much glare which my older screen does because it has more of a glossy type and does have a high amount of glare. When reading, streaming videos, browsing the web, I would definitely prefer the matte type of monitor. I really like this monitor because it doesn't show much glare at all. The matte is great on the eyes. The reason why I wouldn't give it a perfect 5-stars is because I feel like it can't get bright enough. But still, this product is great because it has good quality and low glare if at all.

Purchased this item to use as a dual screen for our business. I have only had it for a month but so far it was a great purchase at a great price.

The TV picture quality is excellent - with our aging eyes it is even crisp and clear!!!! Great size for the kitchen wall. Will not miss a thing when cooking.
