The laptop is beautiful. Dell did an exceptional job with this model. I am however disappointed that the Best Buy product description did not specify that the laptop has Windows 10 Home edition instead of Windows 10 Professional. I will be returning this laptop to Best Buy and purchasing the same laptop directly from Dell with Windows 10 Professional.

I just made an appointment to change the product. I work around the world so I travel when I receive the product, when I turn it on, it doesn’t have Windows

This computer is awesome. Light weight, great speed, battery everything about it is SUPER. Better than my wife's Mac Pro. I purchased a toshiba but right out of the box it was bad. Returned to BB and exchanged it for Lenovo Yoga 900 had problems with it dropping the internet and crashing. Returned to BB (they were great) and the Geek Squad rep told me to try this Dell XPS. Have used it now for 9 months and can't say anything bad. I use it all the time when we travel just a little more then 2.5 lbs. Just came back from Europe after 3 weeks used computer all the time. Battery life is great getting a little over 10 hours.
