    Purchase went smooth. I love the XPS 13 laptop, it's the second one I've owned. I had one issue with the laptop which I brought in a few days later and the Geek Squad helped to resolve it.

    I like it but has some minor audio problem. Happens occasionally , you have to restart it. Also i was told it has 2.7ghz when it only has about 2.0.

    It is a good laptop. I had it for a few days before I returned it. I was expecting it to be a 2-in-1. So that is why I returned it. but definitely a good machine
