Love it. Second time I purchased this coffee maker. We drink 1-2 pots of coffee daily, so need a real workhorse. The first one lasted well over 10 years. Excellent simple design. The water goes in the front, so no clogged tubes; no moving around. Under 18” so fits in perfectly under cabinets. It has a delayed overnight start, which I have used and a roast setting which I haven’t. Other than that, no extra bells and whistles that break, parts to clean or individual plastic cups that add to our environmental calamity.

The DeLonghi coffee maker was purchased to replace a Hamilton Beach Brew Station that continuously leaked. We chose this unit for several reasons: the metal and black surfaces matched our other kitchen appliances, the coffee basket and water fill rotate outward from the unit so that it can be filled without moving it from under cabinets, it has a permanent filter, and it is somewhat shorter than most other units. The first pot finished in time comparable to the Hamilton Beach and Mr. Coffee coffee makers, but the brew was somewhat weak. Further the permanent filter allows some finely ground coffee to pass through into the pot. I went back to paper coffee filters and increased the amount of coffee by 30 percent and got a perfect brew. A good cup f coffee and ease of preparation and cleanup compared to other coffee makers makes this unit a winner in my booki.

Looks good under cabinet, easy to fill with no messes, hot water fast, makes good coffee. Good purchase.

We purchased this model specifically for its front loading feature - I was tired of my counter getting destroyed by constantly pulling the coffee maker out from under our low cabinet to fill with water. This coffee maker solves that problem and manages to make great coffee at the same time (we especially love the aroma brew setting, it actually works!). The only complaint we have is: for a machine that's defining feature is its sleekness - it really appears bulky. The chrome handle used to pull out the coffee/water receptacle is obnoxiously big - it could be 1/2 the size and would still serve its purpose.

I can't believe this is one of the only coffeemakers out there for the many people who make coffee under the cabinet next to the sink. Great design, decent coffeee, good value--haven't had any problems with it yet.

love that it does not have to be moved in order to fill the tank. I use this in my motorhome and have it secured down so this is a big plus to me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that is does take up a bit more space than my old one. It makes great coffee, looks nice, and the sneak a cup works great. Nice feature considering I am always ready for coffee before coffee is ready for me.

Brews great tasting coffee Everytime. Fits under the cabinet perfectly and it's easy to add water as its in the front - no need to pull out from under the cabinet to add water!

I brought it for the best coffee made. I like the design of the coffee maker. And it makes very good coffee.

The best part of this coffeemaker is the fact that it fits the designated space. It opens from the front and does not interfere with the cabinet above. It is easy to use and will make up to 12 cups and has automatic turnoff to avoid leaving it on all day. Otherwise, the only problem is that the coffee is not tasty. The coffee is stronger than preferred and bitter.

This coffee maker fits nicely on my counter without taking up too much space. I have not had a single problem with it. The price is a huge plus too!!!

A seemingly well made coffeemaker; a top loading feature was a major requirement of this replacement pot. We have had the pot in use about 3 weeks- no problems, pot brews coffee well; The coffee is hot but not percolator hot. We immediately put coffee in serving thermos so do not know how the 'hotplate' works Coffee pot acts as the measured filler instrument; accurate; simple to read and use.

This is a superior product. First, filling the coffee reservoir and the water reservoir is through a pull-out door, which makes it possible to place coffee maker under overhanging kitchen shelves. Second, the glass carafe has a plastic lip which prevents spills better than standard all glass models.

The DeLonghi coffee maker not only looks nice, but is very easy to use and clean, and makes delicious coffee. A great coffee maker at a good price.

The really unique feature is the front access; that is front access for water fill and the coffee. This means you don't have to pull the coffee maker out from under the cabinet to fill the water every time. Why the other coffee makers have not figured this out is a true puzzle to me - kitchens have cabinets. This is my 3rd DeLonghi coffee maker. They last about 5-7 years which is great. This generation also has a no drip carafe; really.

Best coffee maker available! Good for tight under counter spaces. Good price compared with the market. This is our second one!

This coffee maker is perfect for the kitchen. Extremely easy to prepare, no more worrying about pulling it out from underneath the cabinet to fill the water or coffee. The swing out water filler and easy to clean coffee basket make it simple. The only thing I wish was better is setting the "Auto" feature. I would have to pull out the manual for that and everyone knows, men don't read manuals.

This coffee maker makes great coffee! if you are concerned about easy access for filling it with water., it's the best! The outside water indicator is opaque making an important feature useless., and that is my one big complaint. It should have been clear.
