At first I chose one that looked like mine by the picture, then read the reviews. Several said that theirs did not fit their Laptops. I then read the Overview and decided it might not fit mine. I then looked at this one, read the Overview and Specifications and decided to order it, hoping it would fit. It arrived in just two days, in good shape; and it was a perfect fit for my Pavilion HP Laptop. My advice to everyone is, don't just go by the picture, read all about it before you order.

Recommendation by woman answering my call was totally wrong
It has been a month and I am at square one learning “Best Buy doesn’t sell batteries”
Wonder why I received an incorrect one from “Best Buy”

Purchased this product 10/20/17 two months later (12/23/17) it doesn't charge. NOT HAPPY!!!
