    With in 2 weeks it drooped from 2 feet in the air and the screen cracked and became unresponsive

    My son loved his Christmas gift until today when he went to turn it on and it stopped working. Now all we see is a black screen and asking us to select boot mode. There's an arrow that keeps moving without anyone touching it from recovery mode, fastboot mode or normal mode. My son is so upset that he no longer has a tablet to use.
