So far has been a very good picture mode battery but in video mode drains quickly. Could have come with cover for terminals like nikon battery to keep terminals clean & free from shorting out.

Great replacement or extra battery for my Nikon Coolpix AW110 camera at half the cost of the Nikon brand battery. Maintains the same length of charge as the Nikon battery.

Got extra battery for my Nikon Coolpix 9600. Both original battery and this one as a backup hold the charge for long time. For me a "long time" is a battery that lasts all day taking over 100 shots. Although I do turn the power off in between long delays taking shots.

We were looking for a compact camera with great zoom feature. This camera is fantastic. We used it for our vacation to Alaska. We got picutures that wre up to 10 miles away that came out perfect and looked much much colser

We needed additional batteries for our Nikon Coolpix S9700 and the salesperson recommended this battery. We have had good luck with it. My wife has a tendency to keep the camera turned on while we are out on the motorcycle so she doesn't miss a photo op and has not had to change the battery because it ran out of juice (we usually are out about 5 or 6 hours and that's a long time for a battery to be at the ready). Great battery and I would recommend to anyone looking for extra batteries for their digital cameras.

This battery seems to be as good as the OEM original. I haven't done a rigorous comparison with the original battery, but overall it seems to be the same capacity. Less expensive than buying another battery from Nikon.
