The batteries that come with the GOPRO are terrible. You need this! I promise!!!

The extra juice helps but it does not last as long as the advertised length.

First usage lasted only 2 hours then wouldn't charge anymore.

I took this battery pack on my most recent cruise. It worked flawlessly for five days then on the sixth day it stopped working at about half change. I placed it on the charger for a half day and it did not charge.

Don’t waste your time. Got it on sale, brought it home and it doesn’t fit the factory GoPro case and there’s no way to make it work. Save your money

Battery life was no half what the GoPro battery is The battery did NOT fit with the GoPro accesories

DO NOT buy this product if you're going to be using it under water, it is NOT waterproof! I made the mistake of doing this and the seal leaked a significant amount of water into the gopro waterproof housing. My the time I realized what happened it was too late. $500 wasted! DO NOT BUY!

Bought this for a trip to mexico. Opened in mexico and noticed manfacturers defect. Tried to return to best buy 3 weeks later and they would not return any item over two weeks!!!!! Buyer beware!!! I may stop shopping at best buy now and I am an Elite Plus member! Customer loyalty means nothing! Will start shopping at Amazon! F--- Off best buy!!

Got this on our last Manatee swim trip because my wife could not find her extra batteries for her Go Pro 4. It claimed to last up to 6 hours. After charging all night the battery lasted for about 15 minutes of video recording. She plans to take this back for a refund.

Terrible fit and will not work properly. Contact the help desk 4 different times and I just keep being told that I must "not be doing something right". Battery still shows full charge but the camera cut out. I gave 1 star because zero was not an option

Used this for my GoPro and it got so hot that you couldn't really touch the outside of the front side of the case. Ended up returning it and got the GoPro official add on. It is so much easier to use and comes with the doors(didn't know that until making the purchase).
