I wanted to give it 3 1/2 stars initially but for the fact it still works as though it were new earned it four. I didn't give it five because it was a bit tricky getting the parts to fit correctly. After some time they relented.

This is the first vaccum I have putchase in 13 years(and that one still works.) It has all the bells and whistles I needed with small children and pets. The wand makes wands, window covers and hard t reach corners a breeze! Very happy!
