Customers are enthusiastic about the RSC 2 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer's ease of use and stability, frequently praising its smooth operation and ability to produce steady footage. Many appreciate the gimbal's weight and compact size, particularly its foldable design for convenient portability. While some wish for an included carrying case, the positive feedback on features like battery life and advanced functionalities outweighs this minor concern.

This thing has taken my videos to the next step! It’s so nice to be able to stabilize literally everything I do. Setup was a little difficult but after watching a few YouTube videos I figured out how to balance the gimbal and now it’s super easy. Literally anything DJI is awesome. I’m using the Sony A7C and it wasn’t supported by DJI when I bought this, because the camera is so new. But it is now and that has made it much better. I could use it without support but couldn’t really use any of the app features but that’s since been fixed.

The gimbal has a lot of features and works really well with a medium sized setup (sony a7r2, 55mm lens). There is a lot to learn but once you get the hang of it it becomes second nature. Having bought only the gimbal, I would recommend getting the kit that includes the phone holder and wireless image transmitter to use intelligent tracking features. It is available as a separate purchase but currently on backorder.

This is the first gimbal I’ve purchased and it is amazing. My video footage is super smooth and there are a ton of tutorials for both beginner and advanced on how to use it. The only negative is that this model is primarily for using a mirrorless camera body as it can only hold a payload of 6lbs.

Literally perfect. I opted out of the pro combo (kind of regretting it because I want raveneye now BUT...) because I was tight on money but needed to create. This gimbal was perfect for what I am trying to do and fits in my camera bag PERFECTLY. Folds perfectly, perfect weight, perfect compatibility with my Sony A7iii, and perfect for a creator to switch between modes.

Great gimbal! Packs down well. Easy to balance. Very smooth and easy to control. Use it with a Nikon Z6 and it handles the weight very well. Focus control also works well with the camera.
One caveat, Be prepared to find it yourself in the store. The floor sales people were clueless.

This is my first 3-axis stabilizer. I was worried about balancing it, but after a few lengthy YouTube tutorials, I got it up and running in about an hour. The RSC 2 connects to an app created by DJI. Some handy features include tutorials and a balance test to make sure the gimbal is properly stabilized. I had some trouble connecting the RSC 2 to my Sony A7iii, but I found a quick fix on Google (an adjustment to the "PC Remote" settings had to be made). I haven't tested out the gimbal too much yet, but the little footage I have so far looks great. It adds a cinematic quality that handheld can't give you. One thing to note; the gimbal is heavy. Perhaps not at first, but if you plan on shooting for hours at a time, it's a workout for the arms (or at least for someone like me, who doesn't have much arm strength). I initially wanted to get the RS 2, but I'm glad I went with this one, as it's slightly more compact. There's three shooting modes on the RSC 2 and many additional features that can be purchased separately, such as the RavenEye. Overall, I think this gimbal is well worth the investment. I would highly recommend it.

Videography is my profession and I must say, I love this little beast of a stabilizer. It's form factor and weight is amazing, and straight out of the box it performed better than expected. All of the shots that I wanted I were able to achieve.
Now here's the problem, I wish I bought the pro-bundle kit from the get go. See when I first read of all the bells and whistles I thought the stabilizer would be enough but I was wrong.
I ended up purchasing both the ravenseye, focus follow motor seperately along with small-rig dual handles.
Do yourself a favor and buy the pro-bundle kit from the get go.
The only reason why I wish I purchased the RS2 instead of the RSC2 is because now my setup is getting a bit bigger, and the size of it's bigger brother would have benefited me much more now.
For a travel vloggers perspective this one is just right, powerful enough to run a mirrorless camera setup and a 24-105mm lens. while being just compact enough where you won't end up regreting bring this along.

Very well made. The sturdy construction consists of strong metal and a hard plastic, but feels great in the hands. The unit is a bit heavy but that is normal to carry a good sized full frame camera for stabilization. You'll be able to do a lot of steady shots with the RSC II.

I’ve owned a good 10 or more gimbals including the MOvi 5 and 10 and DJI ronin and Ronin S. I never enjoyed using any of them or they were functional and overall decent build, but not fit for heavier or unbalanced camera systems. Or they were simply too complicated for practical real world shoots. The DJI RSC2 checks all the marks and clearly won’t hold truly heavy setups, but it works for my use (bmpcc4k).
Improvements include locking axis, smaller foot print, lighter overall weight, stronger motors and better stabilization, on board screen, and the optional combo - which honestly I probably should have sprung for. Not only do you get focus control over all lenses (including manual), but you also get video transmission to your phone for low and overhead shots. There’s a lot to discuss here but I can say it’s a great motorized gimbal for 2020.

This gimbal is my life saver. I filmed so much with it already. Easy to set up and you can keep in in a personal bag since it folds very well. It is light weight compared to it’s bigger brother Ronin S.

The DJI RSC 2 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer has become our go to gimbal for filming videography productions. It is true that it is versatile in modes of use in addition to its automatic button to switch to self portrait mode. Back when we got it I was impressed with the weight the gimbal could carry when it was bent into two. It feels durable and it felt so much lighter than the previous DJI Ronin Gimbal. It proves that you don't need forearm muscle growth before you can start using a more professional gimbal...coming from a girl. Only downside is that a raven eye is not included and DJI keeps running out of them, best of luck!

I have finally found a gimbal that can hold my Sony a7riii with a 24-70mm lens. It’s crazy how far gimbals have come, it’s so buttery smooth. Build quality is sturdy and strong.
