My daughter loves building and creating, so she loved Minecraft and will spend her allotted video game time playing that. Since she received Dragon Quest Builders 2, Minecraft has been on the back burner. She loves the art style of the game, the garden and talks about the story often.

This title was better than the first in many ways. The amount you can build and do has also grown. The only issue I had is the lack of playability there is after the game. Not that it's a bad thing, but it's very similar to the first. You can still do plenty, it just loses its charm.

I can't believe I paid what I paid for this really cool builder that takes place in the dragon quest world. I recommend picking it up especially at Best buy.

I’m having a good time with the few hours I have played. It’s like Minecraft with a storyline. It starts off a little slow where it’s teaching you how to play but once the world opens up then that’s when the game gets good

An excellent blend of Dragon Quest and Minecraft-ish qualities to make it almost a new type of genere but somewhat similar. Wanted to get this on switch but honestly I’m not complaining about my ps4 version

Got this game as soon as it arrived because my kids loved the first game. My youngest kept asking when the sequel will arrive. Has mostly positive changes but there are some negative ones too. Kinda irritating getting access to inventory screen. One good thing is that weapon does no break. Still follow most of the emphasis on crafting that made the original fun.

I originally bought this on Switch because I wanted to play it on the go. The bigger towns you create, you start to notice some slow down. That’s why I decided to switch to PS4 for power!

Though Mine craft is way more customizable this game has a progression system the makes it more of a game then just a sandbox.
Part city sim, part mine craft, part adventure game.

You can't play the story in coop and there is no local/ couch coop but if you can convince a friend to buy the game as well, it is fun to to create together.

Hoping this is as fun as the first one; I just can't get into Minecraft due to the lower end graphics. I love retro stuff, but when it comes to 3D stuff.

Awesome game, great continuation to the original. Only wished it would of been released on the PS Vita as well.
