It started with the package being delivered. It was obviously opened or the box was damaged before. The box was only held together with the generous amount of tape. I checked that all of the components were present and that nothing was scratched or bent. Then I went to do the mounting of the actual setup. The bars that attach to the back of the tv were alright. The hardware that was included was diverse just not diverse enough. My TV called for 26-28mm long M8 screws. In the package, there are 12mm, 35mm and 50mm. There are some spacers and washers. The spacers are 10mm long so those were out. There were not enough washers to stack to make the 35 mm bolts work. I had to get some additional washers to get the correct amount of thread engagement. Once I got the TV up on the wall I found it difficult to adjust the tilt without the TV flopping all the way down. I am still fiddling with the tilt on the TV to get it where I want it. TLDR: I wouldn't recommend this.
