Very strong and durable. I am not gentle when using this machine. Which I like, its a tough and durable vacuum. It collects dirt and dust thoroughly.

Just finished using the new vacuum. Wow, it does have good suction power! Used the attachment, hair removal tool, on the stairs. Picked up a lot of stuff missed by a previous vacuuming with another machine. Love the attachments. Used the vacuum to clean mattress and pillows to get rid of dust and dust mites.

Superb suction! It was amazing what this thing picked up my other vacuum didn’t! So I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong..I can’t use hose for attachments because the suction is so strong it’s like a tug a war. I don’t see how to adjust the suction, or if I can? Using my handheld since I can’t figure it out. I would agree with other reviewers that arm strength is necessary with this one.

Great gift for my daughter. I’m going to purchase one for myself as well. Works awesome with cats in the house.

This is the best upright vacuum I have ever owned. It cleans extremely well. It came with all of the most useful tools. It is easy to empty, easy to clean and stores in a closet.

This vacuum is the best I have ever owned. The canister is large, so no need to keep stopping to empty. It literally gets every peice of hair/fuzz/ dirt. My carpets look great, honestly. A little heavy and awkward, but I’m also short…but I guess that’s what you trade off for a good high powered vacuum.

One can see how the materials and production method has gotten a bit cheaper. Thinner in areas and flashing still on the plastic. Hard to keep it upright, but it still sucks like no other vacuum. Sliding the handle back in the hose slot is annoying.

Suction is way to strong on the carpet. Unable to push. Bare floors it's fine as well on a thinner area rug (not to thin). If my husband hadn't of thrown away the box this would've been returned. I will have to go out and get a vacuum that I can use in the living room now. Very disappointed.

Great vacuum!! Suction is better than any vacuum I’ve ever had. Got it on sale which makes it even better!

I love Dysons! They work so well. My last one did end up breaking but I immediately replaced it.

We ordered and received the Dyson Ball Allergy Plus Upright from Best Buy. It works great and does a fantastic job of cleaning carpets and hardwood floors. We are very happy with its performance.

Everything Dyson is good, and I bought this impulsively on sale. Definitely have some buyers remorse as I didn’t research before my purchase. This vacuumed is HEAVY and very clumsy to use. It picks up everything but isn’t easy to navigate around the furniture and corners.

Love it. Easy to empty container and cord is just right for the length it is. It is also nice to have the extra attachments when needed.

Bought this to replace my Dyson ball vacuum that was old and tired. I've never hated a vacuum until I bought this one. The vacuum has no foot pedal to hold it upright, so it relies on tilting the whole vacuum to unlock the handle to do your vacuuming. The unintended consequence of this is that the vacuum collapses every time you try to roll it down the hall when it's turned off. I hate to even use it because I know it;s going to collapse at least 50% of the time I try to wheel it to another room. This feature makes me wonder if the person who designed has ever actually used a vacuum before. It does vacuum well, but everything is flimsy plastic instead of beefy plastic and metal like my 3 previous Dyson vacuums. It seems like a cheap imitation of a Dyson. The value engineering has resulted in a terrible product.

Great vacuum. I had a Dyson for 20 years. Very durable. I am sure this one will be the same. It picks up everything. It is not very loud.

Great vacuum in every way. The power and versatility it has is amazing. Floors, stairs, and even or furniture get cleaned in a snap. It also has the strongest suction of any vacuum that I've ever owned. Thank you Dyson and thank you Bestbuy!
