This thing was so cool. Several awesome features. We love it.

II had a back up camera installed with a sim card. It can be set to look back or forward with 2 camera systems. Wi-fi set up and works great. It eliminated the blind spot I had backing up in my F-150 truck.

I used geek squad to install the camera into my old 99 accord and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them plus not only that with TOTAL TECH it was free install ;)

Mirrror was amazing but we did not know it would disable my phone so had to remove it and just replace entire radio but Best Buy was great no problems with return or installing new system. Amazing experience!!!

Had mirror installed and subsequently uninstalled a week later. Glitchy computer in mirror. Camera degree of view too wide...good for backing up but not if you use camera as rear view mirror. Also, mirror has dark tint, grey, when off thus very poor night vision. Went back to standard mirror and had new radio installed with back up camera. Absolutely would not recommend. Complicated and poor vision at night.

This mirror is garbage, so do not buy. It works great when it works, but within 30 days of installing, the rear view camera comes in and out continuously and stopped working with reverse right after the return period. Now I see someone else is having a problem with the compass not working. Great concept, very poor delivery.

It wasn’t compatible with the rear stock camera on the car so I returned it.

Unfortunately this item stopped working. I emailed the company without response so I cannot give this product a good review. I will be purchasing another brand and hope for a better experience.

Not sure who thought a rearview mirror should feature a camera instead of just a simple mirror while driving. Nor does wide angle rearview camera inspire confidence in distance or proximity when actually using as a backup camera. Other options at less cost are better choices.

These camera are neat, but people often expect too much from them, they work great as a rear cam. But i woild pair it with a standalone Dash cam

I purchased the mirror for my son for Christmas , when it arrived I gave it to him before Christmas , he couldnt wait to put it in, He loves it.

In June of this year I purchased a rearview mirror monitor with backup camera (MRC-HDDVR) from Best Buy. The first unit was installed and then found to have a faulty mirror monitor that kept glitching. It was removed and returned within the Best Buy warranty time frame and replaced with the same model in stock. The second unit was installed and worked perfectly for a few weeks and then the camera stopped working. At this point the unit was outside the window of returns for Best Buy so I contacted Echomaster directly. The second unit was completely removed and repackaged and sent to Echomaster for a replacement under its original warranty. I have since received and installed the third unit and all was perfect until just this past week when the left side of the mirror monitor stopped responding to any touch input. There is a definitive split between the left and right side in terms of touch response on the mirror monitor with full function on the right side and no function on the left side at all. This leaves the full features of the mirror monitor useless and unavailable as I cannot select any of the buttons or options left of the centerline of the mirror monitor. At this point I have lost faith in the likelihood of Echomaster to provide me with a functioning unit that will not fail within a matter of weeks of use.
