This product is better than I expected. Installation and setting it up was very simple. After setting it up, I was amazed at how easy it was to use the app and to place the robot vacuum into the app. It does have a barcode on the vacuum and one snap and everything was done. The vacuum does talk and it listens to commands. The best part about it is that it allows video recording that I can see if I’m not home what’s happening and I can also take the vacuum and control it and let it go where I want it to go in the house and see everywhere. This is like amazing did not expect this to be included with the vacuum though. It scanned the house immediately and very thorough. In the app, it shows the scan which sections the area by rooms. I like that I am allowed to program it to vacuum room 1 only a room five only and it would go to that specific room and only vacuum that room. It does have a mop as well, which cleans its own self. It looks really and stylish and the wheels are thick and strong. It detect stairs and other objects. I use it basically to clean my entire first floor, which consists of my living room, dining room, guest room, kitchen, bathroom, hallways and bedroom. It does it with one charge.

I give the Ecovacs X11 Pro Omni a full 5 stars. It is very easy to use and saves me a lot of time every day. The robot vacuums dust, dirt, and especially pet hair very well. I have a corgi, and it picks up all the fur without any problem. The mopping feature also removes stains and keeps the floor clean and shiny. It moves smoothly around the house and can clean corners and under furniture without getting stuck. I also like that it runs quietly and does not disturb my daily activities. The setting features is also easy to set up. You can choose the amount of liquid flow to clean your floor or if you want it clean 1 or 2 passes in your house which is really awesome! The self-cleaning station is one of the best features. It automatically empties the dustbin and washes and dries the mop pads, and the hot water cleaning is a big plus because it helps keep the mop really clean. I don’t have to clean anything by hand, which is very convenient. The water tank and cleaning solution are easy to refill, and everything feels simple to manage. The build quality looks strong and modern, and it feels like a high-end product. Overall, this robot is smart, powerful, and very helpful for keeping my home clean with less effort. One of the best decisions I have ever made!

I absolutely love my new robot vacuum. It’s been a couple of weeks since I got it, and I’m really happy with the purchase. It comes in a secure, well-packaged box, and the setup process is straightforward. After taking it out, you just download the app, and it guides you to map your house. Once the mapping is complete, the vacuum is ready to go and works on its own. One of the best features is that if the battery runs low during cleaning, it automatically returns to its charging dock, recharges, and then resumes cleaning right where it left off. That convenience makes a huge difference. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

My cat is still a little wary of this vacuum, but it's been doing a great job helping me clean up her messes. The vacuum has picked up everything I've thrown at it on both my wood and carpet floors. I do think I would like this model a little better if it were bagless but it's no big deal. The mop stick also does awesome at getting right up against the walls in my kitchen. Its disposal system for dirty water is also really convenient. All I've had to do is dump it out at the end.
