This machine is amazing and makes lots of ice fast. The ice bin takes about an hour to fill and keeps going as long as you need it to. May buy one for the upstairs.

So far, so good. I have been using the Ecozy icemaker for about a week now on an almost daily basis. Im definitely pleased with its production and the app alerts whenever it needs water or is full. The 3 plastic bags that come with it for storing ice is a very nice touch. The only thing that i wish this device could do, is have selectable cube sizes. Hopefully this icemaker stands the test of time and gives many years of use. This replaces a $90 Frigidaire that i got 3 years of use from before it gave up the ghost.

I like its app capabilitles to control remotely and also the mini cubes! Makes great ice and does it fast!

Even though I didn’t receive the item and decide to buy another brand I like the cosmetic appearance of this machine and all the functions since I saw the video in YouTube

Bought this ice maker out of genuine curiosity. So far, its been pretty good! The App associated with it is pretty straightforward and allows for scheduling when to start/stop creating ice if you’re a light sleeper. This alludes to my one gripe with the machine. It’s actually pretty loud when it’s active. It’s not obnoxious loud that I can’t sleep through it, but it does wake me up when I’m almost there (ergo the scheduling). Once the schedule is set up, it’s good!

Makes great ice, and never runs out. Very convenient. Would recommend this product.

Its ok, my ice always comes clumps into a big ball. Also lots of water in the bottom of machine.

It’s been a long time since I loved a product so much that I decided to share my opinion about it. Seriously though, if you’re considering purchasing an icemaker, this one should be it.

I bought this ice maker in August of 2025, by December it had stopped working. I contacted Best Buy's customer support online and was told to take the ice maker into my nearest store and they would be able to take care of it. I took the ice maker in only to find out the ice maker is being sold by a 3rd party on their website. Not Best Buy. Therefore, Best Buy could not help. They gave me the 3rd party's email address to reach out to. I am hoping I will be able to get it repaired or replaced, but as of right now the final outcome remains to be seen. It is very disappointing to spend $400+ on an ice maker and it stops working just a few months into the purchase. My advice, choose another brand, and make sure you are buying from Best Buy, not a 3rd party on their website.

Very small and specs do not match as written. There is no way the ice bucket holds 2.6lbs. This bucket fit inside my old ice machine which is 2.2lb and there was about 1/3 space left.

An ice maker that does not make ice is definitely not worth almost $400. It made 1 batch of ice and then stopped working. I is not insulated so the ice melts and does not recycle. You have to have the machine close to a place where you can drain the water that accumulates at the bottom. Definitely not worth it.
