This electrolux microwave has been a great addition to our kitchen!

Not as impressed with using it in convection cooking mode

Got a great deal on this. First, bought a new out of the box model for $175.00. Got home and realized it did not have all the hardware. Took it back and best buy delivered one brand new in box for the same price. Happy so far.

This convection/micro has a sleek curved front design which looks very modern. The convection function bakes biscuits and cookies to perfection. The interior space is large enough to fit more than one dish at a time. Great purchase!

Everything I've cooked came out awesome. I like the sensor cook. I put frozen burrito in the oven, on sensor cook and it comes out perfect. The program for cooking cookies works awesome as well. start the oven once it up to the temperature. It beeps you add the cookies and you come out awesome.

Buttons need to be easyer to push down into. I wish it did'nt have finger prints all over every time. It cooks fast and much easyer then my GE microwave . I like how you can cook multi items at once , it quick and easy for me cause i have a very busy life.

We purchased the Electrolux for its overall build quality, features, and style. Installation was super easy.

Has more than enough power, and lots of room for cooking.

This was a terrible microwave from day one. The door didn't stay open (yes was installed properly) Would glitch, microwave would run and the time would not move. So 30 seconds turned into 5 minutes until i realized it. Now 2 years later it is completely broke.

This is an amazing piece of equipment. It arrived by UPS and was easy to install

We are still waiting for pieces that were missing from the box.

It has a unique look and sound and works well with my decor. the heating of food is wonderful always nice and hot.

After trying to order this microwave twice I gave up! The box it came in was perfectly packed and no outside damage from ups delivery! Both microwaves were damaged severely when I opened the box . I gave up and went to Sears for a Kenmore purchase ! It's too bad because I really liked the functions and the look!

I installed this ц-wave a few days ago. The install: came with two hole and mounting templates (one for the top and one for the back mount). The instructions were OK, but lacked actual measurements. In my experience the bottom portion of the back bracket to the top was 17", hope this will help others down the road. The unit is fairly heavy and used a small car jack and plywood boards sitting on the stove top and under the unit to assist on the install. The ovens operation: the touch panel is very sleek and does not need to be pushed, just put a finger over the function for a millisecond for operation. Very nice! Since there is a slight delay the panel can be cleaned without energizing the functions. The rotating platter is very big and a feature I like can be turned off and on. There are two lights and can be toggled on high, on low and off. Cooking: (a warning, open all windows and doors before using the convection oven, the first use is pretty stinky, smelling of ozone) The convection oven is fantastic and I like the choices of presets. The ц-wave function boiled one cup of water in 2 minutes and a big plus, was very quiet :). My first meal was a spinach quiche that used both ц-wave and convection settings and I was able to program in the times and concurrent operations. The meal turned out perfectly and a testament to the over all 5 star rating.

The first oven had been damaged before it was packed for shipment in china. I could tell this because the bottom edge which is made of steel was crumpled but the packaging was perfect showing no signs of abuse or even the slightest damage. Best Buy.com was great with the exchange. Number two looked perfect and worked great except after you used the convection oven it would never turn off and it would turn itself on at random times for 50 seconds. Electrolux sent out a repairman the very next morning and he found, with the help of Electrolux tech support that it had issues and recomended i return it so i did. Number three arrived today and so far has been working fantastic. I love the looks of this oven and all its features Because of the great customer support from Electrolux and the efficiency of BestBuy.com i would recommend this microwave even though I had issues

As stated in an earlier review I also found the buttons kinda hard to push, but a friend of the family found that you don't have to actually push the buttons to get them to work. Alls you have to do is gently place your finger on the appropriate button for a brief time and it registers your touch. Would definitely recommend to a friend!!!

Over 60 days and 3 service calls still didn't work. Received replacement and the handle and glass reach a temperature of over 130 degrees. It also took 35 minutes to cook a 5oz. personal cheese pizza. Very unhappy with service by Electrolux. Would not purchase another appliance by them or Frigidaire. Now Best Buy is letting me return the new one to them for a replacement of course with another brand. Thanks Best Buy for finally coming thru.

microwave works very well but the did not connect the fan properly . did not made it clear that the store inside a store are 2 different companies. they use sub contractor and it become a nightmare do not have pacific sales do anything in your home you can get the same price with much better service anywhere else
