The actual unit works great. Geek Squads finest came to my own to install this unit. They arrived at 1:25 and did not leave until 7:39. And Geek Squads finest was still unable to install the unit. And they damaged my floors and the unit in the process. A second crew was sent out a few days later an installed the unit flawlessly. They were literally in and out of my home. This goes to show the lack of training with some of the Geek Squad team members.

Unfortunately, it broke in February, causing a significant leak that flooded my entire cottage. The damage was extensive and required costly insurance claims to replace all of my floors, furniture, and 4 feet of walls due to mold, as the leak went unnoticed for over a week. Water leaked from both the back and below the unit. I do not recommend anyone buy this faulty unit—my experience was absolutely terrible.

They tooke both back and I requested a refund. After many many hours on the phone and after speaking to so many different people including a manager who prométame I was going to get my refund fast, 12 days after the return and still don’t have my money refunded back. Best Buy used to be good and profesional but NOW THEY JUST HAVE THE WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE EVER BTW. I bought a washer/dryer set for their competitor and got it delivered right away in a few days and no issues at all!!!!

Would Not Recommend

This should not be an issue in a new unit. The washer doesn't seem to clean as good as an LG and GE I previously had and all socks get stuck at the bottom of the washer door if a bag isn't used. The fit and finish is also lacking. The trim around the buttons sticks up on the sides along with other issues. I would not recommend this unit.
