Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The worst service I have ever received. 1st delivery came damaged. 2nd delivery date received a call 1 hour before the time they were unable. 3rd try came with a error code. 4th service person came late and in less than a min say nothing he could do 5th try the delivery peroson say he will take the one with the error and drop the new but won’t installed it. They tooke both back and I requested a refund. After many many hours on the phone and after speaking to so many different people including a manager who prométame I was going to get my refund fast, 12 days after the return and still don’t have my money refunded back. Best Buy used to be good and profesional but NOW THEY JUST HAVE THE WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE EVER BTW. I bought a washer/dryer set for their competitor and got it delivered right away in a few days and no issues at all!!!!

This should not be an issue in a new unit. The washer doesn't seem to clean as good as an LG and GE I previously had and all socks get stuck at the bottom of the washer door if a bag isn't used. The fit and finish is also lacking. The trim around the buttons sticks up on the sides along with other issues. I would not recommend this unit.
