It takes a little to get used to, but once I did, I really like it. The app has a setting called 'Cold Drink' that provides cooling for 60 minutes that is really nice. It is a bit clunky and looks like you are wearing a watch the wrong way. I would recommend trying it for anyone who suffers from hot flashes.

I was skeptical of this technology at first, but was willing to try it. It truly takes away my hot flashes and quickly, I am so happy to say! I love it. Bought one for my sister, too. I don’t take any hormones or use products like pellets. I just use this device and so happy to have discovered it! Now I can stop carrying a personal fan around with me. The rose gold color is very pretty, too.

My wife is more than satisfied with the performance as advertised for this product. She said she can't believe it really works.

Didn't work very well. Tried it for a few weeks, it does feel different but not really cool or warm. For the money I didn't notice a difference worth keeping. Returned it

Didn’t work for me. Spent one night pressing the cool button every time I felt a hot flash comings. Tried to keep the cool feature on all night but the product didn’t stay cool and got hot enough I had to take it off. All in all, a waste of time and $$.

I am giving this 5 stars as it is the first thing wver to help my hot flashes. I still get them but instead of throwing my covers off multiple times a night and dripping woth sweat, I can now just remove one blanket and between that and the watch I go back to sleep. My husband and I cuddle again. The balttery must be charged after each 8 hour use but I am now getting in that habit and I love that this is now a part of my sleep routine.

Nice appearance/design. Easy access to turn on as needed. App has nice pre-set features too. Program for overnight is also great.
