I am very happy with the charger. Load management controls the output from the panel and it can stop the charging if needed. The app is also user friendly and I can connect it with my car's app. I have it hardwired.

I returned the item because this included the obsolete Vue 2 Energy Monitor. Expansion of energy monitoring requires Vue 3; it is also supposed to be more stable than Vue 2: for the same price directly from Emporia.

Absolute dumpster fire of an experience. BestBuy has ZERO Customer Focus or Empathy. Firstly, as noted by another reviewer - BestBuy is selling the previous generation instead of the current model and at the same price as the current unit, while others offer the previous version for a lower price. That in itself is shameful. Secondly, when my item arrived it did not come with the Load Management Vue Controller. I called and informed them and they stated they were systematically unable to send the missing component and instead offered me a $25 credit...for a item valued at $200!!! Customer Support could only offer me a solution of reordering and repaying for the item to receive the missing Vue Load Management Controller and then return half of the order at a local BestBuy - which for me is an hour away. Each of these options coming out of my time and my pocket. So essentially, they put all the workload on me as the customer. I ended up paying extra and buying the missing component from Amazon to complete my install. And that's exactly where you should order your item because Amazon is significantly more capable of solving small order issues like this. DO NOT purchase from BestBuy.
