I got what I wanted

I was happy a good quality brand 9 volt was available although they are not cheap.

No more annoying "chirp" from my smoke detectors!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though all the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in my house are hard-wired, the standard 9-volt backup batteries would wear down (inevitably in the middle of the night) and I'd have to find which unit was chirping (not always easy when there are 3 on each floor of the house) and change out the battery so I could get bck to sleep. These Lithium batteries are fantastic if they live up to their claims because they are supposed to last 10 years in a smoke detector. No more annoying chirp sound waking me up and keeping me awake in the middle of the night!

Great Batter for Smoke Detector
