The good thing is that I only had this printer for 2weeks. Called HP and they sent me a replacement. They had said it would take 6 to 8 days for the replacement to arrive. I got it the next day. I was surprised.

It took the HP support line over an hour on the phone to get this printer working. Two weeks later I went to print and the HP account had to be redone. Next time I went to print, same thing. By this time the product is not returnable. I am stuck with this product, out the money and still need a printer. In addition you don't want another party in charge of your ink.
