    I purchased a set of cartridges after the initial one in the new Epson was out. Black ink would not print, it was necessary to consult a technician to instruct on how to get the cartridge to work. Once it started printing it has worked fine. I just hope the ink I lost while trying to make it work doesn't affect the life of the cartridge.

    The quality of this product is good, it actually lasts for awhile compared to the non-XL version, which you have to replace 2 to 3 times as much as this XL product. Might buy the printer with the actual liquid ink that you refill next time around.

    I needed to print copies of dissertation for each member of DMin committee. Unfortunately I ran out of ink. The Best Buy team directed me through the new social distancing drive through for pickup. I am so thankful for the pleasant person who delivered my most needed item to my car with no hesitation.

    These cartridges are disappointing. We replace them regularly even with moderate use since they don't really last long. The print quality is good but I would expect a little longer lifetime.
