Bought the printer about a month ago - no issues so far, easy to connect to network and all devices. Great print quality.

Gave as a Christmas gift & she was very pleased. Especially likes the way the ink is for printer and not having to buy expensive cartridges.

I have used this quite a bit. I have not added any ink yet and with my old HP I would have purchased at least two cartridges. O did have a problem as it started to print strange colors. I called the help number and they walked me through a very simple fix. I highly recommend this printer.

This is an awesome printer. It has volumes of ink that goes on long after many ink cartridges are replaced. Ink cartridges are expensive and are inconsistent in quality. Also a lot of ink is wasted in aligning the cartridges. None of this junk is done and all the ink is used on your projects. I enjoy this printer and never will have a cartridge printer again

Great printer. Love the Eco Tank ink feature. My old printer was at least 8 years old and had totally run its course. Nice to have a new one that actually let's me print in color and black and white without any issues. Would recommend it to everyone.

Epson makes great printers and now with this one I don’t have to run and buy new ink cartridges every other week. I print color photographs that I sell as blank note cards so it is much easier and cheaper to refill the tanks. The only thing is that i haven’t been able to print borderless prints with this printer.

We have use the printer ever day for over a month and the ink is still 7/8 full my old printer would have ran out of ink 2 times by then

It still to be seen, but the ink is going down fast Extremely noisy printer especially when it starts to print makes a sound like it is ripping the paper off the shelf But quality in black and whites ok Color I can’t give it s high rating My Epson C186 still out prints it

If the ink lasts as long as they say it will this printer is a great value. Purchased on sale for $250 plus $30 off with trade in of old printer. Even at full price I feel this printer would be a good value. In my very limited use (10 Pages) I would say the print quality isn't great, but good enough. I also think the ink smells funny until it drys.

I like the fact that it holds a lot of ink and the replacement ink bottles are not as expensive as one set of cartridges for my previous printer. The print quality has been excellent. The setup instructions were right on and setup went smoothly. The printer was a good recommendation by the Best Buy sales guy.

The quality of the color is very goodand I love the refillable ink jets! I did have problems with wireless printing but resolved them without needing to call anybody and the biggest problem is my internet provider changed my wifi password to the router without informing me. Very satisfied with the printer,

We went through printer after printer and ink upon ink trying to find a printer that just works the rarity it is called upon. Finally found it. The others we had always needed an ink cartridge changed out, i guess cuz it sat so long between uses. This one has been flawless for us. When we do need ink it will be cheap.

It was a bit nutty getting it set up, but it works well and I'm looking forward to NOT having to change the ink cartridge.

I printed hundreds of full color pages. They turned out great and barely used any ink. Definitely worth the up front cost

I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it has been working great. So far have not run into any paper jams or anything of the sort. Its easy to use and functions exactly how I need it to. I love the fact that I won't have to buy ink for a while.

Great when it works. If you don’t print for a while sometimes it just doesn’t want to work. Even though in refillable it still dries up. Better than HP cartridges but like all printers it can be finicky at times.
