it's an ok product for the money. kind of slow printing. setting up the connection can be a hassle because the panel is a little primitive.

Never prints clear, difficult to connect. Have to keep confirming paper size before operating it. Paper gets crooked. Doesn't idle and kick on when you need to print. I always have to go turn it on and off and press ok. I'm either selling it for 20 bucks or smashing it with a bat. I hate the thing.

I am going to give this thing to the salvation army. There is something wrong with the cyan ink port it does does not work. We have put in 4 cartriges during the short time we have owned this machine. Epson does not have a toll free line. The number is 562-276-4382.. This is the support line. by by Epson.

All copies and prints come out crooked on the page. It takes 8 to 10 minutes to print one sheet. Purchased for vacation home and did not realize how bad it was until too late to return

Bought for my daughter for Christmas she used it for the first time recently and it doesn't print good at all. Bought another ink cartridge same thing. Very dissatisfied.

Printer smears the ink when printing. Called manufacturer and they sent new one and it does the same thing.

I bought this printer to have in my college dorm. It seemed perfect because it was all in one and the smallest one I could find. However, I wish I would've spent a little more on a better printer. I've never owned an Epson printer, but so far I am not looking to ever purchase one again. No where did I read that 2 sided printing is not available on OS X, so I have to manually flip pages in order to save paper. The printer did not come with a USB cable which was disappointing because I my dorm wifi does not support wireless printers. Additionally, it constantly freezes on me. The printer will show up as connected and my computer is "sending data to printer" but nothing happens. When I cancel the print and/or try to turn off the printer, it freezes and I have to unplug it. Lastly, the ink runs out SO FAST. I have been using this printer for 2 weeks (probably less really) and don't even print every day, yet my black ink is already low. To add to this frustration, black ink is not in stock on the epson website or on amazon. I am extremely frustrated with this printer. I'm writing this review to help others looking for a printer on a budget. Proceed with caution.
