Great printer that fits small space requirements that others fail to. Capable of performing all needed tasks. It is a plus that print jobs don't send until print drawer is open - eliminated paper jams when cabinet doors are closed - a problem experienced with another brand.

I bought this printer for light office use and photo printing and so far it has worked out great. Photo quality is excellent with sharp, vibrant looking images. Printer and network set up was quick and easy. It contains 3 trays total, 2 paper loading trays and 1 to hold your outgoing prints. My only complaint is the positioning of the outgoing tray as it hides behind the control panel on the front of the printer. During every print the control panel must be lifted, the tray gets pulled out, then hide it back in when done. ***The device will not print unless this is done. You will get an alert on the screen to do this. Aside from that minor nuisance I would definitely recommend it to others.

Prints well, and the ability to print double-sided is nice, but paper, and especially envelopes, are tricky to load into paper trays. Like its compact size.

My laptop went out RIGHT after this purchase....the box is unopened. The price was excellent and I'm hoping to purchase a computer soon....fingers crossed on the computer And this printer.

Easy setup, good quality prints, overall good printer

Very easy set up. Good print quality. Easy to use.

Setup instructions were clear. The ink does not last very long, but I use the printer lightly. The printing is clear and bright. Good photos and good text and drawings. To keep the size small, the printer has a output tray which must be pulled out every time the printer is used, and pushed back to make it small again.

I bought this brand because it was one of the few that had individual cartridges for each color. I bought this model because it had one of the bigger display screens. It's big enough to see with my aging eyesight. Set up was easy, it almost sets its self up. I have not regretted it for a minute.

I had to insert the disc three times before I could get the software to download. Once into the setup, I found it confusing to keep going back and forth between the computer screen for directions and the screen on the printer to actually make selections. So far it functions okay for the little that I have used it. I don't care for the pull out paper receiver. If I keep it closed to keep out the dust, then I forget to open it again when I want to print something. It is a lot different than the HP printers that I was used to.

Great printer speed. I love that I can print directly from my iPhone to my printer. No additional steps required. Just hit print from my phone and my item is printed quickly.

Printer was easy to install and use. I needed one that was similar than what I had, this was perfect.

Love that I can leave photo paper loaded - no more wasted paper because I forgot to change the paper!

I needed an all in one printer and this one caught my eye. It does a great job on photos and makes fine copies. I haven't tried the fax function yet, but I expect it would work as well as the rest of the functions do.
