I bought this printer because I needed a basic printer and wanted to be able to scan as well. It does the job I guess but the design of the productt and software is clunky at best. I wanted a wireless printer and this is that but you have to have the face plate open and the tray pulled out in order to print. Keeping it in that position is very space consuming, and getting up to set it up when I want to print is very inconvenient.

This printer was a great value. The print and scan quality is perfect. With its Wi-Fi connectivity, I don't have to run any cables from the printer to my laptop. I simply added the printer to my Wi-Fi network, and my MacBook Pro immediately found it. Even better, the printer prints directly to inkjet printable DVD-R's, which is becoming a rare feature this days. I would buy this again for sure.

Bought this printer on sale to replace one that was not WiFi. Easy to set up. WiFi works well. iPhone and iPad connections were easy to set up. The printer only failed to work remotely one time and that may have been a set up problem. Scanner is good. Have used it for typical scans of color and black and white scans. All in all it exceeds my expectations.

I did a lot of research and was going to purchase a much more expensive photo printer. The salesman at Best Buy recommended this printer and it was on sale, so I decided to give it a try. I am very pleased with the quality of the 4 X 6 photos and the printer function itself. I am glad that I didn't spend a lot more on an expensive photo printer. I will have to see how long this printer lasts, but for the price I can buy 3 or 4 of these Epson printers when they are on sale for the price of one of the more expensive photo printers

Easy to use. Set up didn't take long. Prints, prints pictures, scans, wireless, small screen and. Easy to navigate controls. I don't know what more the average family would want out of a printer. Even the color is nice.

Great printer for the price. Was on sale. Very easy to set up and it is very nice to have the ability to print anywhere in the house Nice feature of being able to keep photo paper loaded in printer as well as 81/2x11

Haven't had a chance to use the printer much yet, but the set up was easy and that's always a plus and so far it prints out great, glad I made the purchase!

good no frill's printer.. has some toy's.. wifi, airprint, fax, copy, scan.. and all work as they should.. very good price for what you get

It was a little challenging to connect this with my Macbook but my PC was just fine. Printing is great. The quality is that of any Epson printer. My only real qualm with the printer is that you have to pull out the receiving tray (manually) in order for the printer to print. This should have been an automatic feature.

Thus printer is awsome! Set up was easy. I can now print from my Mac or my iPad or my iPhone. It even prints photos. Very good buy.

Got this for my daughter. Good size and quality for dorm room & roommate.

User friendly, easy to connect to all devices mac and/or PC and its the fastest printer I've ever had.

Compact and takes up limited space. Not for large print needs and multiple trays make it somewhat clunky to use. If you need a printer for sparatic use with good quality prints at a great price this is for you.

I should have switched to Epson years ago ;) A much better quality print on standard paper. Can't wait to try some photos and artwork. Not too sure about life of print cartridges yet, but poor print quality probably takes less ink than crisp and clear. Of course the paper used will have something to do with that too. Also the fact that it is so compact with the trays all being safe from dust behind the control panel when not in use.

I'm moving from the HP printers to this Epson - really easy installation, immediately recognized the wireless system and printed wirelessly from my phone without even thinking about it! More difficult to replace the ink cartridges than my old Canon and in the end was not sure I did it correctly - required more messing about to get it to accept them. also a bit less intuitive when you are using the various commands on the screen - sometimes confusing about when to push OK and when to push the move ahead button. But prints are good and connectivity is good, the most important points.

Great printer for home use. Easy setup . Has its own E-Mail Address. Quite operation . But I must pull out and push in the paper tray. Not Automatic. Wi Fi works Great. Small enought to put almost anywhere.

Setting up was easy and fast. Picture quality is great using epson photo paper. Never had to hook it up to pc use it 100% wirelessly

Did a lot of printer shopping and this one is easy to use and does everything that I need. Had no trouble connecting to my computer.

This is a good printer for the price. Fairly compact and intelligently designed. Good Picture quality and decent speed. Better than my expensive (and not just the ink) HP that basically had a print head die about the time that my first set of ink cartridges died. Never again with HP and from what I have seen this epson XP-630 is a great mix of quality picitures, nice design and reasonabble price.
